Lies and more lies

Lies and more lies. I ordered a CPS due to it being available and delivered in less than a week. After I ordered I recieved am email saying it would be to week. Finally another email saying it would be available for a month. The website still promising 3 days. When I cancelled the order, I was told there is a 15% restock fee. The business is a giant scam. I doubt there is a warehouse anywhere. Everything is promised in 3 days, but then ordered from the factory.

We are sorry to hear that you didn't have a great experience with us. We stock hundreds of thousands of parts and sell over a million genuine OEM parts for motors that were built in the '60s to present day.

Unfortunately, this means that to maintain a huge selection we can't have every part in stock. When a part is ordered that is not in stock, we order it from the manufacturer, most of the time the part is shipped within a day or two but sometimes even the manufacturer doesn't have the parts.

We always would like to be as transparent and upfront about shipping times as we can, but we are only given limited information by the manufacturer. We hope you better understand what happened with your order and you will give us another chance.

I have a 2004 Yamaha Roadstar, and have often bought parts from Partzilla for it in the past. I paid a fair price, with fair priced and fast shipping. I have bought from them in the past, and will continue to do so in the future.

Waiting for In stock Items

Really not sure why I have to wait for items that are in stock because of items that are not in stock. I need these parts to finish someones cart. The ones that are in stock I need so I can keep working on the cart.

I've ordered a lot of parts over the past few years from Partzilla for many different makes and models. Partzilla has always had fair prices and fast shipping. Partzilla really impressed me with their customer service when I had an issue with a new carburetor leaking fuel (not they're fault) and they expedited another one out right away. Thanks again Partzilla. I have to admit I was kind of bummed when I went to purchase some parts for my son's KTM dirt bike and realize Partzilla does not carry KTM parts.

Ordered a oil pressure switch on July 1st 2023 that was reported as "in stock". Received an email from Partzilla saying the part was back ordered and they would not have it to ship until July 12. I emailed Partzilla customer service on the morning of the 7th of July asking them to cancel my order and to refund my payment method. At 1:56am on Saturday July 8th I receive an email from Partzilla saying my order has shipped and finally I receive a response from customer service at 9:45am on the 8th saying they are unable to cancel my order because the order has shipped. The moral of the story is "Don't trust Partzilla when they state in stock" and if you want your order shipped asap, just ask for them to cancel the order. I will gladly give my business elsewhere as those that run a business this way do not deserve business at all. Best of luck and hope this review helps.

Shipping was fast, selection good, price and S&H is high. I think the break over for free S&H is 140 dollars. If it was more like 50 dollars I'd shop here more.

I ordered dozens of small parts for my TRX420 FM. Everything was in stock. Shipment was very quick. I'm very satisfied. One of the best features of the website is the part number groupings of similar/related parts. When you have a large pile of tiny parts baggies in front of you it is easy to forget what part of the ATV the part is for. By typing the part number in search bar it shows all the related parts and "you go oh yea that's the so and so for the steering column. Great feature.

I ordered three replacement carburetor jets on August 13,2023. Two weeks after I placed the order I still had not received the Jets so I checked online with partszilla and it showed that one jet was back ordered. No one informed me that the order was sitting still and no delivery date was given for the replacement jet. I sent a request to cancel the back ordered item and please send the remaining items to me ASAP. Today is September 8,2023 and I still have not received the two Yamaha Main jets for my golf cart. I received a tracking number for the United States Postal Service, and I think I could've ridden my bicycle to the warehouse faster than waiting on the Postal Service. Companies should take notice of larger groups like Amazon, who deliver immediately and cheaply. If Amazon ever start selling OEM Japanese parts, it's gonna shut down all these other groups.

Out of stock items are notated with a lead time on the product page and again at checkout. Unfortunately there is no way currently to link our system to the manufacturer, therefore, all ETAs displayed are best estimates, based on average time it takes for parts to arrive to our distribution center. Once we place the order with the manufacturer and receive updates, we send those out via email. Our records indicate this package was delivered on 9/8/2023.

Ordered part from them and received different item. I called them to return. They were arrogant and unproffessional laying the blame on my ordering the wrong part. Luckily I had taken a screen shot of the order and there incorrect parts layout. They treated me with suspicion until I offered to send it to them. When they received it they decided to issue a refund but were going to still charge me a 15% restock fee. What!? Because of their mistake I have to pay? I again made my case and after lengthy lectures of their infalability and posturing on their part I got them to waive it. Guess they get the last laugh because they still charged me shipping as it originally qaulified for a free shipping because of other parts I ordered with it. So Im still out $20 bucks because of their mistake and screwy system. If this sounds like fun to you, order away. Me I'll be giving my business to companies that value the customer and their FUTURE business.

Paid extra for 2 day shipping and these jokers want to wait 3 day to ship it that is unaccetible. My part was expected to arrive fri. So I could ride this week end, Nope thanks alot. That will be my first and last time ordering from these people and any one thinking about odering should look else where if you dont want them to ruin your plans. Wish i had checked the rest of the reviews before ording i would have know what to expect every one says the same thing

I have been reading these reviews and don't understand how I have NEVER had any issues with Partzilla. My only complaint is when I ordered an OEM Polaris part, they didn't have it in stock and had to wait for Polaris to ship it to them, and they never told me about a delay. However, now that I know that they don't stock ALL Polaris OEM parts, I understand. Any time I have emailed them with a question, they have always gotten back to me within a day. All parts I have ordered that have been in stock have taken three days from order to shipped to my front porch. I don't understand all the negative reviews. They are still, mostly, cheaper on most parts than other stores/websites.

Ordered decals for a jet ski on July the 14th get ship notification (UPS) on the 20th track the package and says sticker has been generated and has not left the warehouse. They took my money on the 15th. E-mailed them three times, 0 response, called there customer service number and was told I was 115th in line with a 1 hour+ hold time, did not wait. Today is July 28th and I still don't have my order and may never. I would have given them a 0 rating but that was not available.
Do yourself a favor and purchase from a real company, any company that has 115 customers on hold for problems with their orders should be avoided.

Im pissed said available 3 days from purchase of seat then put it a month out just ordered oem fuel tank said ships in 2 to 3 business days after ordering it said availabe july 27th wich was the third day now its telling me 71 to 76 days if i cant get ahold of them by phone will file a fraud account on them i will add photos of proof next review
