Ordered a taillight bulb for a Honda it came quick and what was expected, 2nd order was for an in stock item a license plate bracket for a Yamaha again it was listed in stock so I purchased it... The next day got an email saying eta changed an would be sent Sept. That was 5 months away from the order date then another email saying it would be here next month and they keep switching around days in the same week on when it's expected to arrive! I woulda appreciated honesty if it was out of stock I wouldn't have ordered the item
I used the website and ordered the part per my VIN and model number. The part I received is for a different region style motorcycle not a US motorcycle. After sitting on hold for over an hour I tried their SMS text message method and that still took me about two hours to get the answer that they no longer can get a US model for the part that I needed. Had I known any of this before I ordered the part I would've kept searching but now that I'm $100 into it i'm stuck.

I have placed an order with these guys and it said it would ship in 2-3 business days after 2-3 business days, I get an email saying the order is delayed for another 2-3 business days, then another delay email saying it is delayed again... I wrote down to the customer service and as expected it was the worst response you can get, they straight away say that they cannot ship unless they have it in stock and they have like 15 million parts which they cant track... this is ridiculous... if they cannot ship it they shouldn't lie before ordering, and more than a week, it hasn't even been shipped yet and forget it there is no courtesy upgraded shipping for your troubles... I dont even know if they are ever going to ship. I am repenting placing order with them and I would suggest you DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Order from any other place but this.
Ordered 4 parts for a can am. Bill total was $280. Before the parts arrived. I called to cancel the order due to my machine got totaled. They started the refund process. As soon as I got the parts that day I went to ups to send the items back. The shipping cost to return the items came out to $150 to send them back. (Which is not partzillas fault) just amazed that the shipping was $150 to ship back the parts costed $150 when the order was $280…. I was thinking they would atleast create the label to have the parts shipped back. Kinda like Amazon. So I am stuck with the parts to sell myself. Just Frustrating.

I wish they'd use anything except FedEx. I ordered forks and a skid plate from the UK to the West Coast of the US on the same day I ordered parts that shipped from Boise, ID. UK parts were shipped for free and got here here 4 days later. Paid for shipping here, 8 days and I've still not gotten my fork seals.

**BUYERS BEWARE** My mom ordered my stepdad a part for his fourwheeler back in March. They didn't think anything of it since the website seemed nice enough and had the part he was needing. Fast forward to today (July 20th) and the part is now saying August 15th… She spent over $480 on this part.
So I thought I'd reach out to customer service, but their # isn't working because they're moving warehouses and fulfilling orders. Has to be one of the WORST customer services I've ever dealt with. If someone reads this, she wants a refund immediately!

I've ordered twice from here. The company is only about 100 miles from me so I expected fast shipping. The first order, my bike was in pieces for over 2 weeks until I got the parts. The 2nd order, it shipped but they give the package to UPS then ups delivers it to USPS. Then I never found out what happened to the package. UPS said they could not determine which post office it was dropped off at. USPS says they never recieved the package. One time shame on you. 2 times shame on me. Do not order from this company unless you have at least 2 weeks to recieve the item.
I ordered bolts from them website says they are brand new but so far every bolt and screw that I got was either off another bike or really old and not new at all they had to send me a replacement because I said something I ordered new stuff not used so they sent me two more bolts and once again they are used brand new white put brand new if they are not brand new

Ordered a flap for right rear fender. The part number on shiping packing showed was right rear fender but flap in packing was for left rear fender. Called customer service and they jumped right on it. Had a UPS return label emailed to me within 30min. Have ordered parts from Partzilla in the past and the service has always been spot on.

I placed an order on line said they had the left and right splash guard, get an e-mail saying they are back ordered. So I call them and ask them how long it will be, they tell me they don't know and not even sure if they will ever get them. So I cancel my order, and find the parts available from CheapCycleParts.com. A month later partzilla ships me the left splash guard, I call them to have it returned and they tell me they will only refund me the cost of the part, not the shipping and I have to pay for the return shipping. They say they show no record that I canceled the order, but they also only show that I ordered the left splash guard. So they did delete part of my order from there system but not all of it and now I'm stuck with a part I don't need. Been doing business with them for years, will never do business with them again. FYI, you can find most atv parts on amazon for a lot less than what they charge.

Part was poorly boxed as a result it came broken, it took 3 days to get a return label and 3 more after that to ship the replacement part. Good prices but customer service has gone down hill!
