I was worried about the parts I order only being a partial order ( one of two). However once I called I was able to confirm what I wanted was indeed exactly. Was able to place order over the phone as this was the last in stock part. By the way the seat I ordered is better and more comfortable than the Corban seat I purchased with my Yamaha FJR. Ordered from you in the past and it is always the same—outstanding service and parts availability—you always come thru with the parts that are hard to get and the regular available parts that I need for my complete 1982 Suzuki restoration that I am doing—sometimes you need 2 or 3 days to get me a part but this is totally acceptable considering this project is 38 years old—Thanks again for the great service and fair payment protocol.

Update: Partzilla noted that I referenced competitors in this review and that I canceled my order. It doesn't take much to compete with a company that never ships parts that say "In Stock". How hard is it to just tell the truth about the part status and ship thing within a reasonable timeframe?
I tried ordering a OEM stator for a WR250R last year. It took two months of no ship date for me to cancel and about a week to get a refund.
I placed an order for plastics for my WR250R and they all said "In Stock" on the site. Two days later, it said "Available September 18th" and the date would most likely keep pushing into the future.
So from 2 different orders, one in 2022 and one in 2023, neither order ever shipped. Just don't order from them. In stock means nothing.
I can place an order from Revzilla and it will ship next day. I can place an order from Motosport and it will show up to O'ahu in 2-3 days.
Partzilla sucks.

Partzilla had an issue with a part I needed. It didn't show the superceed... and didn't list the qty needed. I was reimbursed for a part I didn't need... sent the part I did need... and wasn't charged shipping. Usually, the schematics are spot on. Little hiccup this time.

Prices are reasonable and shipping is fast for how far they are from me. Only complaint I have is i wish they would update the quantity of each part they have in stock at their warehouse. Had issues in the past where it said it was in stock but it really wasn't but I still got the part for snowmobiles and atvs I have that are between 15-30 years old. Other then that I have no complaints! My primary vendor for all my machines as well as my customer's and will continue to do business with them for as long as the parts are available.
