I paid for expedited shipping and item was shipped on July 1 and its not due to arrived until the earliest July 10. Scam artists. Never buy from them.

In general, depending on stock availability parts may take 1-2 days to pick, then our Expedited Shipping services allows for 1-3 days for shipping/delivery depending on where you're located in the USA. They sold me a defective engine case for my honda crf 450r. The machining on it was not complete and could not be used because the inlet for the cooling collar was not drilled out. They told me I could not return it because I did not report it within 48 hours. They then tried to tell me that the case was not defective and was supposed to be that way. I talked with 2 service techs from honda who confirmed this was a defective part and should be returned. They still refuse to exchange it or refund my $250. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Rocky Mountain atv will honor partzilla prices and has unbelievably good customer service with hassle free returns.

I paid for an axle for a yfm90 and recieved a part that looked like it had been sitting forever, but in good faith i installed the part only to find out that the part was bent.
I bought this to the attention of partzilla in an email and all they can say is "yamaha wont take it back" "we need photos of the box it came in"
Which, mind you was in perfect condition when we recieved the part but to the naked eye could not notice the part was bent.
Very disappointed to have paid for a brand new part and receieve what looked like a 2nd hand part but 2 weeks shipping i couldnt wait.
Ive got a whole family into motorbikes all of which i pointed in partzillas direction but now ill be telling them to go elsewhere.

For situations like this, it is very hard for us to determine whether the part was somehow bent prior to shipment, during shipment or accidentally damaged somewhere else along the line. We can completely understand how frustrating it must be for you to receive a part and be unable to use it. However, in order for us to process a claim like this, we would need photos of the box the product was shipped in and the damage to the product.

My order was prompted to receive and appears to be correct parts. Haven't installed yet as the weather has prevented me. Pleased with their quick response and parts available. Saved by grace!
I ordered parts on 6-17-22 and told I would have them in hand in 7 to 10 days. It has now been 13 days and my order shows "still processing" with NO shipping information. Have attempted several times to contact seller with NO success. Phones have been closed when I call both on-line sales and the customer service numbers. Attempted to contact them through their web site with no response. This is not a good sign for me. Apparently my only option is to order the parts needed from another seller which is going to double my repair cost. Thankfully this is only a $42.00 loss however I have another order in the amount of $194.00 that I am also extremely concerned about. Attempting to get refund of both payments without success. Partzilla will not respond to any of my communication attempts. It is extremely concerning when a company with a previously decent business reputation conducts their business in this manner. All I want are the parts ordered or my money back. Not confident either will happen.

They keep pestering me to review my experience so here goes. I still haven't got my parts. It took a few days to be marked as "shipped", almost a week to actually leave the facility. Not impressed
We apologize your package is taking longer than expected to deliver. Your package was shipped and picked up by UPS on 1/4. It seems they are having some sortation delays with their Mail Innovations facilities. I have reached out to the carrier for an update. If they are unable to update/deliver your package within 48 hours, please contact customer support for help with a refund or replacement.
Said delivered in 1-4 days as I paid expedited shipping. Has taken much longer than that and although partzilla refunded my shipping I missed the first ride of the year.

Ordered a part on 9-8-20, paid 7.95 for shipping to Camilla, Ga. From Albany, Ga. A 25 min drive, here it is 9-18-20 and my part(a blank key) is expected to deliver by 9-21-20. Really? Never again.

I suppost of got a OEM belt for my 2017 arctic cat 500 4 wheel drive,but it sure don't look to durable,but We gonna See Personally I have went through stronger belts than this one and it did last Ethier so this belt is my last Time If it breaks in the next 2 years its gone

I ordered parts may 28th was told by email would be here the 7th. Was happy and surprised. Monday the 7th that l came and went checked the email. Changed to Friday the 12th. That came and went then updated to 14th and no word about it. Waited to see if it would show up nothing. I contacted partzilla today the 16th. A couple messages back and forth and got my last response tonight at 6ish pm. That even though it said my part has shipped. The warehouse hasn't even received my part to ship it to me!? What? Some sort of email to let me know would have been nice. Don't think I will be using this company again.

I ordered a bolt for a 97 Vulcan 800 I'm working on. Guy needed it back for a big ride today. I ordered last Friday and paid an extra $12 for fast shipping in less than 3 days and it's now Thursday (6 days later) and the bolt still hasn't arrived. I had called about 3 days after ordering to see where it is. They then told me they didn't even ship it yet. As of today I'm still waiting for the bolt. I spent $30 on a single bolt because I promised I'd have his bike back today otherwise I would've just ordered on eBay or another site which would've had it cheaper and faster. This is pathetic. $30 for a single bolt and it still took all week to send. I'm not ordering here again. No info on when it'll arrive. No tracking number. Nothing for me to see how long he's gonna have to continue to wait. I honestly really regret buying from this company. Not only is He a regular customer and I promised him I'd have it back by today. But now I have to make something work with old bolts I have to make sure it runs well enough for the day without that bolt. If I knew it would've taken this long I would've just asked for a refund days ago and just ordered somewhere else
