Complete failure to deliver. 2 months, and I still do not have the correct parts. Ordered 2x OEM Suzuki caliper o-ring sets (should be 10 o-rings per set, 20 total). Partzilla sends 2 individual o-rings. Called, and they send me a UPS return label, and said they'd ship the correct parts once these were returned.
Package #2, only 2 o-rings AGAIN. Called, and was informed that they will order from the manufacturer, check with the inventory manager, and overnight the package.
Package #3, was NOT overnighted as stated, and AGAIN just 2 o-rings. Spoke with supervisor, who didn't seem to care about the error in their inventory system. Quickly dismissed my concerns with a 3rd UPS label for a return/refund.
Almost 2 months since the original order. Riding season is now over, and my bike is still apart. Partzilla has failed miserably here, and has lost my business permanently. I'll order the parts from Bike Bandit instead.
This is my go to parts place. Prices are great. Fast shipping (depending if it's in stock) understandable. Basically painless. I like these guys!

Partzilla has sent me six emails asking me to review them on this website so they've asked for this. DO NOT BUY PARTS HERE. I understand getting one or even two orders messed up but when literally every single one of my orders has a problem its not even worth it.
1. Never have I had one order arrive on time, these aren't small delays I am willing to look over. These are parts that are preventing my machine from running but arrive two weeks after the estimated "arrival date"
2. They are dishonest about what they have in stock. It will say they have a certain part in stock and it will arrive on a specific date but OH WAIT you just checked out giving them your hard earned money and they now suddenly don't have it ready to ship and it will take a month to get back in stock telling you only AFTER you paid.
3. Any potential cost savings are lost with shipping and taxes, for the love of all that is holy if you value your money buy ANYWHERE ELSE.

I placed an order on line said they had the left and right splash guard, get an e-mail saying they are back ordered. So I call them and ask them how long it will be, they tell me they don't know and not even sure if they will ever get them. So I cancel my order, and find the parts available from CheapCycleParts.com. A month later partzilla ships me the left splash guard, I call them to have it returned and they tell me they will only refund me the cost of the part, not the shipping and I have to pay for the return shipping. They say they show no record that I canceled the order, but they also only show that I ordered the left splash guard. So they did delete part of my order from there system but not all of it and now I'm stuck with a part I don't need. Been doing business with them for years, will never do business with them again. FYI, you can find most atv parts on amazon for a lot less than what they charge.

I'm a non franchise dealer so I don't have access to OEM parts direct from the manufacture. We service all makes and models, I buy $20,000-$30,000 of parts from Partzilla a year. In all those orders I've had may be one shipping mistake and it was corrected quickly. If they don't have what I need in stock they get it quickly.

I'm a small business that provides a service to the local riding community. At some point in early 2018 you guys devcided to discontinue my commercial discount. Every penny counts but ya'll decided that you needed those pennies more than me. Western Hills Honda sells me Honda and Yamaha parts at 5% over cost. Once I find another supplier for Suzuki and Kawasaki parts at commercial prices I'll be gone. And the wine cards, please just stop. Max BMW sells me parts at commercial rates and they send me M&Ms. You asked.

I am Still trying to figure out if this is a scam. I don't know if parts actually take a week to come off the shelf but when I call to get it figured out the number doesn't even work. I am an automotive technician I bought a radio from partzilla (450 dollars) for my Kawasaki Teryx so since I am certified in 12V electrical I installed it now after 1 day of install of a 3" waterproof radio it has moisture behind the screen I understand it happens even though I have not exposed it to any water so I called partzilla and they will not warranty it because I did not have it installed by a kawasaki dealer so now I have to drive 1 hour to a Kawasaki to see if they will warranty this has been the worst experience I have ever had with any online site and I order atleast 5 times a week if I could give negative stars I would and next time I will pay the extra money and order from a different site DO NOT ORDER FROM PARTZILLA!

I needed some parts for our ATV and I came across of this part store. The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable, knew exactly what I need (even though I was able only to describe him the parts) and fast. An another company almost sold me a whole ATV. Shipment arrived in time, I would say earlier then I expected it and they were the parts that we wanted.
