Friendlier customer service would be nice. Faster shipping! When you pay for faster shipping and go on to track your package 5 days later and it's still preparing, when everything you ordered said in stock, it's a little irritating. Other than that it's great.

I have been using partzilla for over 5 years and I have never had ant problems with them. I like using them mainly because they are located in Ga (where I live) which makes deliveries fast.
I have had many bikes to order parts for from all the major brands and from as far back as 1970s bikes and they always deliver.
The website is accurate and is almost as good as the old version and I see no reason why I would not continue to purchase parts from them.
The only thing that could make them 5 stars is if they would throw a coupon code my way every once in a while.

I buy a lot of parts probably 20G a yr, usually timely service except for Cat parts but thats everywhere.

I've bought a couple thousand dollars of Yamaha parts from Partzilla over the last two seasons. They are my go-to supplier for OEM parts.
The prices are fair/good and expedited shipping usually arrives within two days to New York.
On 2 out of maybe 25 orders, they underestimated the number of days an out of stock part would take to ship. After ordering, you can check your order status online to keep an eye on things, or you can call/email them before ordering to confirm the estimate.

I ordered some can am parts and Kawasaki parts as I have done before but this time they send me an email and say they can't do the can am parts and automatically send a refund saying they don't ship to Aus with new can am contract. Then 2 weeks later while waiting for the remaining order I get an email from a sales rep Evan. S asking for an additional $300 US just to ship my remaining Kawasaki order. The shipping was automatically generated at checkout and it was already over priced and they wanted an additional 300 US which is 423 AUD, 2 weeks after I ordered. Told them they can bash the parts over their heads because that is ridiculous. I didn't get a reply just a notice from PayPal saying my order had been refunded. What a waste of my time and effort searching for these parts. My original order including the can am parts was 700 US and that was including shipping. What a joke. Would not recommend to anyone. ODN needs to review their international shipping. This isn't the first time they've tried this shipping trick looking at other reviews.

Unfortunately, we are limited by the terms of our contract with Can-Am and we brought this information to your attention at the earliest opportunity. I hope you have been able to find an alternate source for the part(s) you were looking for. International orders, especially oversized orders shipped to Australia, can incur significant charges from the shipping company (in addition to taxes and duties), which we fully disclose to our customers before shipping the item(s).

Very quick shipping (large inventory and fast order turnaround), Best prices I have found for OEM atv and bike parts. We are an independent repair shop and buy most of our parts here. They show inventory online so you know how long an order will take. If something is delayed they let you know.

The good thing about partzilla is that they normally stock high use items. If it's in stock and I use expedited shipping I usually have it the next day. Can't beat that!

Using partzilla as source of parts for my independent repair shop has been frustrating most of the time if your order different items for different oems the will hold the order till everything is there and that can be awhile even if all the parts are shown to be in stock they still take well over a week to 10days to arrive even with upgraded freight

We want you to know that we offer split shipping when your orders aren't all in stock at the same time. Whether you pay for shipping at checkout, or your order ships for free (Partzilla shipping is free for orders $149-plus in the contiguous United States), it’s standard practice for OEM part providers to ship your entire order in one shipment. This means, if you order some parts that are in stock and some parts that are out of stock (“Ships in 1-2 days”), the out of stock parts that need to be requested from the manufacturer can hold up your entire order. To get your in-stock parts right away, call customer service and request split shipping for your order. There is an additional fee for split shipping, but it’s cheaper than placing two separate orders and it will ensure you get your in-stock parts right away. We hope you give us another chance.

Whenever a part on our website says that it is "IN STOCK" it means we have it on hand and ready to ship. When the part page says that the part "Ships in 1-2 days" or "1-3 days" it means we do not have the product in stock and we are waiting to receive it from the manufacturer, whenever we have a part on backorder we make sure to notify the customer of its status and we try to be as transparent as possible with our customers.
