I restored two motorcycles in the last two years and Partzilla was there every step of the way. They had almost every part for two early 80's Japanese cycles that needed major work. They were a joy to work with and the only thing I can think of to complain was the just enough to be annoying shipping charge tacked onto each order, there was no free shipping option. But other than that, thanks Partzilla!

I've ordered a lot of parts over the past few years from Partzilla for many different makes and models. Partzilla has always had fair prices and fast shipping. Partzilla really impressed me with their customer service when I had an issue with a new carburetor leaking fuel (not they're fault) and they expedited another one out right away. Thanks again Partzilla. I have to admit I was kind of bummed when I went to purchase some parts for my son's KTM dirt bike and realize Partzilla does not carry KTM parts.

I purchased a Bell Qualifier helmet in which I thought was new but when I opened up the box it looked like the helmet was already worn and used. I did not have the time to deal with sending the helmet back as the weather was cold and I needed the helmet for the ride that I was taking that weekend. Shipping was free however it took almost a week to receive it. I most likely will not purchase from Partzilla again.

I live in Costa Rica and have a Polaris Ranger. Parts here are VERY expensive and in short supply. I can order from Partzila at very good prices and have my forwarder in Miami get them here relatively cheaply. The price with shipping is always way lower than buying it from Polaris here.The delay in shipping is the only down side and not Partzilla's fault.
I will keep buying from Partzilla.

I operate a small rural motorcycle repair shop and love Partzilla for all my OEM part needs. I use them almost exclusively. I like being able to go online, find the parts diagrams and pick those exact parts that I actually need. Almost all parts I've ordered have been right there in stock, and I've had great customer service in those few instances when finding those hard-to-find parts. Partzilla has helped me out when other places couldn't, or wouldn't. IF I had any complaint at all, it would be not having a faster shipping (such as overnight or a 2-day) option on the smaller parts. It would be helpful to have that in certain situations, but usually, shipping has not been issue for me, especially when compared to some of the other online web sites. Partzilla is definitely my "go to" company for OEM parts.
