The order process was easy and they called me directly to ask me about possible substitutions before shipping my order. I appreciate their thoroughness! My order shipped promptly and delivery was on time. I will use PartVu again in the future.
Ordered two impeller repair kits. One was in stock. I contacted them to find out when the other was expected to be in stock. I was told about 4 weeks. I agreed to wait to ship both together. When the other arrived they shipped only it to me. I called to find out about the one kit that was in stock when I ordered and why it wasn't shipped. I was told it was out of stock and would not be in for another 3-4 weeks. First and last time I will do business with them. Oh, they will send emails at least once a day to entice you to purchase more items though.
The web site was very useful and designed well. For an unknown reason, my delivery was delayed for three days. This caused a delay of my repairs. All the parts included were accurate as ordered. However, although it fit, the quality of the oil filter in the kit purchased from PartsVu were of far lesser quality that the oil filter from the Mercury factory.

They only had the one item on my two orders and the other items were not available till march 2022, which I could not wait that long. I did contact them to cancell the rest of my order and refund my money, haven't heard yet on the one order refund.
I ordered a Mercury oil filter wrench (91-******* per my manual) but received an off brand that does not fit Mercury oil filter 35-8M*******. I would ship it back, but not worth the hassle for a $5.73 part.

If shipper is in florida and delivery address is in florida, items shipped ground via ups normally arrive NBD once shipped. I specifically requested the items ship via UPS and I was on phone with sales rep specifically for this purpose. She assured me it would ship UPS. They shipped it via US mail and it took over a week to get to me. This seller being in Florida was the reason I chose them. But now I know better and should just choose who has the best price cause shipping times would be the same. So know that whatever they say on phone is not true.

Not PartsVu's problem, but research showed the proper Mercury oil wrench to buy for my motor but it did not fit? Not sure why the advertised oil wrench does not fit correctly. It is not worth the postage to send the oil wrench back, so I'll just look for one that fits by taking oil filter to local Mercury dealer.
The only reason i ordered this product from you was because i have ordered from you in the past and most importantly your website said you had product in stock. I needed it to winterize my boats. Once ordered I got an email saying I would get delivery in mid- February. I asked you to cancel but it showed up a week ago and i got charged for products I cant use now. Obviously boats are already winterized. Oh well just wish you would keep you website updated.

First time using PartsVu. I'm happy with my purchase. The price was reasonable and the ability to search for the parts I needed was easy. They didn't have all of the parts I needed but nobody did. They were 1 of 3 sites I used to get all of the parts that I needed.
I have used PartsVu for different items that I needed to upgrade a F114 yamaha that I purchased that had not been used for 4 years. All maintenance items, anodes, water pump, thermostat oil & filter, lower unit oil. Fuel filters and starter relay. All is good now as the motor is performing nicely and is a low hour motor with probably less than 200 hours.
Overall experience was great. It was unfortunate that my trim pump motor was on back order, but they had the hardware i ordered in stock. Well, when my motor finally came in, the hardware was then on back order. So they gave my hardware to someone else while waiting for my motor to come in. I didnt appreciate that. I cancelled the hardware and ordered it from another supplier that had it in stock, and had Parts VU send my motor asap rather than waiting for them to procure the hardware i ordered through them.
I was, am, glad I found you. Good price. I felt the tach should of been better wrapped it was thrown into a mailing envelope and the box it came that was in the envelope was dinged up. I won't know if it damaged the tach for a couple months. It is winter here and boat won't get out for awhile. Still putting finishing touches on build. It has no visible damage so I am hopeful. I am also hopeful if it does you will honor it. Thanks will buy again from you this is the second boat I have built. One more left in me.

The first order was shorted by one part. When I called to Express my concern the order for the missing part was placed after 3 days I never received a confirmation email so I called and my new order was never processed.
