I wanted a 300 hour service kit for my motor but didn't know what kit to buy so I contacted their customer support. They gave me a kit number and I ordered the kit. It was not the right kit (impeller and some other items were the wrong size). I contacted customer support and they said I needed to order some other parts for the lower end and said they would refund the order and I could keep the other parts (not sure if they think it is a plus to give me parts that I can't use). I ordered the parts they specified which were ~$90 more since, I assume, I was purchasing separately. They did refund the original order but it wound up costing me more money to be inconvenienced waiting for the correct parts to arrive. There are a lot of parts suppliers out there so I'll be moving on.
Received a full sized outboard motor from another supplier in 3 days - took these (in-stock) cables over 10 days - never got shipping updates that I asked for multiple times, just "its on it's way, don't worry", then showed up days later

Unknown to me I ordered the wrong carburetor. Upon receipt of the part and expecting it to be the right part opened the package, removed the box and opened it. It was obviously the wrong part so I packaged it back up and proceeded to try to return it. I was asked to send pictures of the part which I did. I was then told that because I had opened the package it was not returnable. Why was I asked to send pictures of the part and then told that I could not return it because it had been opened. THIS IS THE WORST RETURN POLICY IN THE USA. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN AND WOULD ADVISE ANYONE ELSE TO DO THE SAME

Called to check on my order and they were professional and quick to answer my questions.
Purchased a Yamaha single key ignition assembly to replace the original part in my 2004 Yamaha F-115. I received the part quickly and it was an easy plug and play switch out. Took maybe 20 minutes. The choke, ignition, and kill switch work perfectly.
Only issue was tracking shows one package but it was really two packets separated by several days and did not have good tracking updated
