7 days after I ordered a starter they have yet to process my order. Can't cancel and my car is dead. Should be illegal for companies to do business this way. Won't give a reason why. Talk about screwing the public.
Not sure what everyone is upset about. I looked up my own part's on their site. Parts were less than half price for the same part type and number of the one's I found local. I ordered them, they promised them in 7 to 10 days. That's when I received them... Really a nice transaction. Thanks parts geek! Very pleased with your service.
Bought over $200 dollars worth of products for two vehicles. Took longer than expected to receive and the boxes were trashed (UPS) although the products did not sustain damage. One part I ordered was the wrong color and I wanted to return. Unfortunately the shipping cost is on me and the cost to ship does not make the credit worth anything so I will keep it and move on. The customer service centers they use have individuals with marginal English skills and low intelligence. The read their "scripts" and check the system and tell you what you already know from tracking info'/web site etc. Not real happy with the company and will look elsewhere for vehicle products in the future.
Horrible customer service, provide wrong tracking info, Insisted I got everything in one shipment, items were sent in different shipments. Damaged In shipping, other item lost in shipping, lied to by customer service, promised a call from supervisor, never called. They refuse to do anything till after weeks of waiting on lost shipment. Have to wait for they don't send replacement parts. Have to wait for claim with ups before refunded. Waist of time and money, and they don't care about the issues. Use at your own risk Jose supervisor ext 5022 is rude and unhelpful.
I ordered a water pump for my vehicle from Partsgeek.com expecting to receive what I ordered. I was instead sent an empty box with only padding. When I called their customer service I was forwarded to Carlos who was rude and unhelpful. What was done was instead of sending me the item that was never sent in the first place but issued a service ticket which is said to take 7-14 days to investigate/ resolve the issue. When you need your vehicle for work this is beyond unacceptable. I strongly urge everyone to stay away from this business as I have done my research now and apparently this is a regular occurrence. Buyer beware, do not use partsgeek.com unless you want to be another dissatisfied customer like many of us are.
I have ordered parts from part Geeks this is the second time they sent the wrong part now it's going to take at least two maybe three weeks before I receive my money back do not use this company find another online auto parts store very frustrating
They get your money when ordering something,after that don't care if get the parts,if your parts lost they said it's shipping company problem, can't do anything for you.

They send me copy of the carrier without signing or picture.!Parts Geek can only file a claim on your behalf but the actual decision is based on the findings by the carrier during their investigation. Ordered some headlights, received and installed only to find they didn't fit. Had purchased through sales agent guaranteeing fit but they won't accept return if part has been installed even though that's the only way to tell if it works. Very displeased m
ORDERED A HEAD GASKET KIT AND BOTH HEAD GAKETS WERE DAMAGED. WAS TOLD I COULD NOT RETURN JUST THE HEAD GASKETS BUT HAD TO RETURN THE WHOLE KIT. WAITED A WEEK FOR THIS KIT. I NEED THE OTHER PARTS. I'LL JUST BUY GOOD GASKETS LOCALLY AND NOT BUY FROM PARTS GEEK AGAIN.
I ordered two hatch struts and a console latch. Shipping was somewhat slow, but parts arrived in good condition as ordered. I received both struts and the latch for $30 less than ONE strut was priced with our Ford dealer. Very pleased with the order... they were also the brand as the original struts on the car. Not an after market brand.
I called PartsGeek on the phone for clarification of a potential replacement left fender liner and the customer service representative was helpful and ordered the part. Unfortunately he did not inform me that the UPS ground delivery of the $25 part was going to cost $80! I only found this out after the invoice was sent to me several hours later which was too late to alter the order. Trust me I would never pay $80 for UPS ground delivery of a 3 lb part. I talked with Steve at Customer Service when I received the invoice and he worked diligently to help me. While the order could not be altered he negotiated a reasonable UPS ground delivery rate for the part which made the 40-50% savings advertised on their site more of a reality. The part arrived quickly and was a good fit. Thank you Steve and PartsGeek!
I ordered a rim for my F-250. I filled in every detail of the truck and it came up with this rim. Wasn't the right rim. They refuse to return it. When I explained the issue to their customer service using chat, the service guy said okay and ended the chat from his side.
I bought the wrong part fro PartsGeek.com Found out it was the wrong part, then was told by partsgeek.com that I'd have to pay for shippng it back. Problem is the cheapest to send back retirn shipping cost was $17.00 and $12.00 USPS... Folks they wil not return your money unless you check the box that it was the wrong part sent. I was sent the wrong part. I've been trying to talk to someone about the problem and want to return it. Waited two times for over 15 minutes each time. The recording says if you are tired of waiting push 1 and we will call you back as soon as an agent is free. I've waited for 2 days and nothing. No call no email nothing.
I really believed they where ok to buy from but they proved to me they are terrible & do not buy anything from this place. Purchased a set of rotors, made it in the delivery to Miami Fl & was returned to sender for wrong delivery address that partsgeek screwed up, so it was returned & after waiting 2+ weeks for these parts & a non drivable truck, now have to get elsewhere. I ordered AWD hub assemblies for my car. Upon arrival, I opened the box and confirmed the part numbers on the parts boxes. Outside the 30 days, I opened the part boxes to find RWD parts in AWD boxes. Partsgeek points to their 30-day return policy. Shady business.
After receiving the mufflers their website showed as the correct ones when I went to install them they were the wrong size inlet and outlet. Called and was told yes it was the wrong muffler for my year and model pickup. Told them I wanted to sent them back and after receiving their RMA number I realized I was responible for shipping back to them even though it was their fault for the wrong mufflers. The cost for shipping from my location was almost $50 and the cost for the mufflers was $100 so I am going to keep them and hopefully will find someone that needs this size muffler. Bad customer support and they should be liable for shipping back as their mistake not mine. Will never purchase from this company again.
They sent the wrong part, acknowledged their mistake, but refused to refund the $10 they charged me to send the wrong part. Five months going back and forth through the BBB, they keep claiming they will refund me, but still no refund. Unethical business practices.
My window pillar was correct, everything fine there! But someone decided to eat lunch while boxing my part and put the trash with it. Half empty frosty cup, fries and a crinkled up hamburger wrapper. Whoever is was doesn't like tomatoes on their burger.
Received my part installed in new engine and the hole for bolt was incorrect. Ref pic. Bottom is original part. Called CS refused to accept return since i installed. They didn't care the fact they sent me a faulty part. They planned to reuse it.
