Pretty cheap prices, fast and efficient delivery of the part. Ordered it on Monday, had it on Thursday. $23 for a door latch for an older Kenmore dryer. $3 shipping to receive it in a matter of days. I would recommend this business to friends and family

The Condenser Fan on my refrigerator started making noises. I was able to find the part easily on PartSelect, and also watched a very informative video about doing the replacement. The parts arrived on time, and the kit was complete and fit perfectly. A great experience!
I had this part replaced before, I guess using a generic part which didn't take and I ended up with a service call. I was able to purchase a brand part at reasonable cost that delivered in a reasonable time. The shipping cost a little excessive, but I was able to avoid a service call in these COVID times.

This is the worst experience I've ever had with a company, and your customer service is a damn joke. My order was placed on 7/28, shipped on 7/29, and has been sitting at a FedEx facility since 7/31. I've sent three emails to your customer service, and have not received a response yet. To make things worse, your customer service is refusing to take any calls. You have my money, but I don't have my part. I will never do business with you again, nor will I ever recommend you to anyone. The only thing you can do for me right now, is to get my part to me ASAP! If I could have given you no Stars, I would have.
Parts were as requested. Fit great and was easy to install. Email confirmation of order came with utube video on how to replace it. Replaced them when I got them. Took about 30min to do both the refrigerator and freezer gaskets. Working great no leaks
I don't normally complain but just get the regular shipping because you aren't going to get your part any sooner. I ordered on July 27th 2020 and still haven't received it and it's been in Atlanta for 3 days now. I paid for 2-3 business days and it spent most of it's time in UTAH. I could persue a refund for my shipping but I doubt I will get it back. Site works well, customer service facilitated a previous refund well enough. They have the parts.
