The veggie drawer on my fridge was broken and it is 10 years old. Found the exact drawer I needed and it fit perfectly. Item was received sooner than expected.

The brace that holds the drawer on our refrigerator shelf broke and we were at a loss as to where to get another one because it's an older refrigerator. I got our owners manual and it gave us the website for PartSelect. We punched in the part number and in 2 days we had our part and were good to go! I ordered two parts, just a simple drain hose and clamp on 8/6/2020, my cc went on 8/7/2020. STILL no delivery! No reply on request!

It was gratifying to get a shelf for my obsolete refrigerator so easily. It costs a pretty penny (over $100) but having such a nice little connection with the fellow on the phone made it go done easier. And I received it in just a few days. The rep also explained it well just why it would costs more for an obsolete part - and that's where they come in!

I cannot give a good review since the product has never arrived. USPS, UPS and Fed-X are all so slow these day I may as well have come to your facility and picked the part up. It would be on the refrig. Freezer door already.

I was glad to obtain parts for my refrigerator door. It was easier than I thought it would be to obtain the parts for this old refrigerator. I just checked the serial number in the refrigerator and was able to see the parts I needed. I received the items in a timely manner. They were a little pricey, but I did need the items.

We ordered a dryer belt and pulley. Parts fit perfectly for our whirlpool dryer. Took less than one hour, most of the time was removing back of dryer. Saved probably lots not paying for 2 visits from repair shop. Parts arrived within 3 days.
