They always have what I need. This time I got 2 parts for a 12 year old Amana refrigerator. No problem. I just enterede the model and serial numbers and all the parts appeared. I had them in 5 days. Right On guys.
Ordered a part from Partselect and received it in TWO days after waiting over a month to get it from another company. I could not ask for better service.
I didn't think I would find the part to form ice cubes, and quick delivery too.
Also replaced stove cook top knob. Would highly recommend.
I can not say enough good about PartSelect. Their service was great it was the part that was engineered very poorly. After shipping me 3 parts at no additional cost it now works.
I googled the issue. It said it was the lid switch on our washing machine. It was super easy to select the part I needed and had it within 2 days. Took 15 minutes for my husband to fix. Works perfectly now! A $40.00 fix. So much better than having to call a repairman who would've easily have charged $200.00. Highly recommend

I know it's not your fault, but the actual part I needed was a 39 cent rubber check valve that I ended up paying well over $100 because I had to buy the complete pump assembly to get the valve. However, when I ordered the part I asked for upgraded shipping, which I paid for, but when I was notified the part had shipped, it indicated standard shipping. When I called to see what the problem was, an automated message said you were not taking calls and I should contact you via email. Since the part was already out of your system that seemed futile. Consequently, I waited over a week to get my part. Not very happy about that but the expensive part fixed the problem. BTW, when the package arrived, the box was crushed but fortunately the part survived.
In the last couple of months our stove as well as our refrigerator have failed; we emailed PartSelect and they responded quickly. We ordered the replacement parts online and when it came to our refrigerator we opted for next day delivery; we were delighted as we received it early next day. It's comforting to know that we have a reliable source to go to in the event of an appliance failure. And by the way, in one try and without any prior experience we successfully replaced the mother board on our GE refrigerator.
Easy to search the website by the model #s. I got the correct parts super fast! My dryer was so easy to fix with the VERY helpful videos. I did it! Thank you so much! No more squeal! Even my ears appreciate PartSelect.

When my daughter accidentally broke a part in our dishwasher, we thought we were going to have to buy a new one. We Googled the manufacturer/replacement parts and began to lose hope as most information found told us the part couldn't be repaired. Part Select makes it easy for anyone to look like a pro in front of your family. I followed the video that came with the parts I ordered and it was a snap. The parts came very quickly too, so, there was very little downtime with our washing machine. Felt so good about myself after it was done, I almost can't wait for the next repair. (knock on wood) lol!
They so far had the part I needed for the dryer at my work. Both times it was delivered with in 3 to 4 days. Once I ordered the item they not only sent a confirmation of order but also a YouTube video on how go to do the job. Definitely recommend them to my family and friends.
