Light went out in fridge. The obvious, the bulb, was not the issue. Went on YouTube and watched a very informative video. He advised that if you enter the model number into the PartSelect website, you could look for your issue, see how frequent that issue occurs (so you could plan what to check first) and then the correct part comes up. No searching trying to figure out the correct one for your appliance. LOVE THE EASE. The only downside for me was I thought the shipping of 8.00 was a little high and then how long it took to receive the part. Could barely see in the fridge without inside light. But, back on the upside, they then suggest a video for you to view showing you how to install said part. The whole support experience was helpful since, I admit, I had no idea the little triangle in the fridge that triggers the light turning off popped out and had an electrical attachment that can fail. Because of ease I would still use the company again.

The part was just what I ordered. It came with a how to video which was very helpful and made the repair process easy. Saving me a bunch of money.and the dryer works great.

I got a part to fix a microwave door at one of my rentals. Literally had the panel off, the new part installed and back together working perfectly in under 10 minutes. The part was very easy to locate on the website and was the exact part that I needed.

I have an older washing machine that I purchased for my daughter Maytag Neptune, I like this washing machine series, but was missing a piece I was afraid I would not find. To my relief parts select had and at a reasonable price!

I had ordered 3 microwave door switches from Amazon. Did not get any warranty and was a little skeptical because of that. Two of the 3 switches stopped working after a day. Ordered same switches from Partselect and came with one year warranty and exact replica of original switches. It's been two months and microwave still working after I installed them. There's an old saying that you get what you pay for. I will definitely use Partselcet again to order parts for my appliances if I need to.

I googled the door shelf that I needed after my mom broke the one in the refrigerator. I ordered the shelf that looked like the broken one. When I received it, it was a perfect match. The part was shipped on the same day that I ordered it.

I called and spoke to someone so I received the proper parts. 2 out of the 4 parts I ordered were not for my brand. They actually try and make you repurchase the same part twice to get a refund. I was even sent a used 277.00 part. Sounds ridiculous, right. Be extremely cautious. And this whole circus act took over 4 weeks not their 3-5 business days!

The refrigerator needed a new door hinge. Being an older model I wasn't sure I could even find the part. Part Select not only had the part, they also had an awesome video showing and explaining every step for removing the door, removing the old hinge, installing the new hinge, reinstalling the door, and adjusting/aligning the door. I'm pretty handy and could have figured it out, but this video was super. The video was complete with closeup views of the screws, bolts, etc. and it covered everything in less than 7 minutes. The video alone was worth more than I could have saved scrounging a cheap or used part from some other online seller. And, if the video wasn't enough, the email that notified my of the shipping of the order, included a link to the video and brief text version of the installation directions (attached an image of that part of the email). You get what you pay for and Part Select was an excellent deal.

My daughter used this fridge for several years before me, going without the missing part. So when she gifted me the fridge I was determined to find the part and, luckily, I stumbled upon Partselect.com. The part was easy to find on their site, easy to order and came within a couple days.
