Needed a rotor sensor installed and easy enough if you have a few basic tools. Took about 45 minutes to fix and clean up.

I needed parts for my GE dryer purchased in 2004. Customer Service asked me questions about my dryer and what was wrong. They quickly located the parts and they arrived in plenty of time before the technician arrived. Since I had the parts on hand, I did not have to wait for the tech to order the parts and then schedule yet another day to install. This saved me a great deal of time. I inherited my refrigerator when I purchased my home. Needless to say there was no written information regarding the appliance. When the water filter need changing I was at a loss. Part Select was suggested to me and that was the start of my love afar with them. I ordered the part. Needless to say I ordered wrong. When it was installation time and found to be nowhere near the right size I was beside myself. Part Select was extremely easy to deal with. They took care of finding the proper part and sending it very quickly. They also accepted my original part without any problems. One could only wish to have more business this accommodating.

All I wanted was a replacement silverware basket for my dishwasher, and having already gotten parts for a similarly aged dryer several years ago I thought they would be the people to go for the replacement basket for my 16 year old dishwasher. The only picture that was posted for the part was an image from the book, it matched the book for my dishwasher (always keep your paperwork! It helps in the long run!) so I figure it was all good. Reviews seemed all good for it being what I needed, thought I was good!

I can't fault the time it took to actually get the basket, it shipped in the time stated. However if I'd known that it was shipping FedEx I would have taken the gamble with Amazon and gotten in A LOT quicker! The initial six day ship time I think was fifteen in the end. The e-mail I sent to seller about this (granted I knew what they would probably say) was never responded to.
Needless to say, the basket that I thought I was ordering was NOT what I thought I was getting. It wasn't until I went back to find out what the deal was that I noticed the small blurb about a manufacturer "redesign". In short, it's not the same size and only passingly resembles the original in the fact that it's a basket with two lids. Redesign in the case is a nice way of saying it's smaller, made cheaper, but you're still paying the same price. I had to remove one of the snap off baskets from the old piece and wedge it at the end of the new one to keep it from moving around in the dishwasher.
For what I paid with tax and shipping I could have gotten the exact same basket off of Amazon and gotten a whole lot quicker, and the apparent laissez faire attitude when it comes to keeping item pictures up to date seriously makes me leary of purchasing again.

I had an issue with my fridge that was driving me nuts. Every time I opened the door the condiments fell out and bent the retaining bar so that I had to buy a new one. I put up with this for way too long. Finally, I decided to look up the model number and called Partselect but with very little hope that it would fit. I told the very nice customer service rep that if it worked out I would be dancing in the streets. She said send us a video of that! I can't offer that, but I can offer this review!

Parts are good, actually better than the original that came on the appliance... and they have a video for all of their parts as how to replace and fix

Received a damaged part. Emailed customer support and never received a response. Welcome to post-covid world of amazing customer service where the companies really show you how valued you are as a customer.

Ordered a replacement A/C filter and received it quickly and the part was as advertised. New, the correct part and with instructions (not needed but always appreciated). Will definitely use website again.

The website is organized in such a way that one can quickly identify the parts that one needs. I was quite confident that I had ordered the right thing, and the parts arrived just a few days later. Conveniently, the parts are sold as 'kits' that include the key accompanying components that make the repair successful. The receipt is sent via email (also convenient) and includes links to videos with very clear instruction on the steps needed to successfully install the replacement parts. The instructor had a very calm (Canadian) demeanor, almost like an uncle showing one how to do something, and he provided useful tips in case challenges were encountered during the process. Very pleased with the results: the 28-year old washing machine works 'like new'. Yay!

Both my igniter for my stove and the timer for my washing machine were readily available and the shipping was very fast. Received 1 part the next day after the order and the other 1 the day after. Both parts were the correct parts and genuine OEM parts. They were the cheapest I could find for parts. Tried going directly to the manufacturer and it was more expensive.
