I ordered a new shelf for our refrigerator because it was broken. I was happy to see it was in stock and readily available for shipping which I was charged for. The method of shipping that was provided was TERRIBLE. It took 2 weeks to get delivered and we had difficulty with tracking. I reached out to the company and an automated response came through with No solution or shipping information
Finally the product arrived and was the right fit thankfully

Found, ordered and received on time belt for 25 yeat old dryer. Watched the install video couple of times and the dryer works great.
Going for another 25 years!

This is the second time we have made a purchase from PartSelect.com. First time was a refrigerator valve, this time it was a washing machine valve. The information on symptoms that help you isolate which part is probably the culprit is so clear and reassuring that you have identified the part needed. Shipping is fast. And to put the icing on the cake, the how-to video for removing and installing the part are so easy to follow. With a 15-year old appliance, if we had to have a repairman come out (probably once to diagnose, then to install), it might have made more sense to replace the appliance. In both cases, the part we needed was under $100. Saved a lot of money!

The guide rails on the deli drawer were broken. PartSelect was the only source of replacements I could find. The replacement parts were reasonably priced, shipped promptly, and fit perfectly! I couldn't be happier with the result. I plane to order some other parts for the LG fridge soon!

I ordered my 2 parts and they arrived in just a few days. Even when one was a "special order." As for the repair itself? As fate would have it... the "problem" fixed itself BEFORE the parts arrived. But, being that there was a problem to begin with, I have kept the parts, to be used when or if the issue arises again. My only issue was that the cost of one of the 2 items was a tad high, in comparison to other sites, but the customer service on the phone and in shipping, was certainly excellent.

My dishwasher quit pumping water and no longer was doing its job. My wife had me look at the dishwasher… I was so drunk that I couldn't figure it out so we went to a big box store and purchased a new dishwasher for $900. The next morning I got up, grabbed some tools and a multimeter and checked out the broken dishwasher. Bad recirculating pump. I looked up the pump part# on partselect.com, $200. I ordered the pump. I cancelled the new dishwasher. Saved myself $700. Pump came in two days. I'm a hero. You all should consider yourselves lucky that I told you a small story of my awesomeness.

We needed a new shelf for our Samsung refrigerator we purchased in 2014 - was sure we would not be able to find it - but Parts Select not only had exactly what we needed, but the price was right and we received it so quickly! I went online, found my refrigerator, found the missing shelf I needed, ordered it, got it less than a week. Awesome!

When I received the ignitor for my gas stove it was completely broken. It seemed like the part was broken before they shipped it. There needs to be better quality control prior to shipping. Then a fragile label added to notify the carrier. I called the customer service line and the lady was extremely understanding and helpful. She promptly got a new part on its way. She even took the time to make sure that I had ordered the right part in the first place.
