So our fridge door wasn't shutting like it should. I looked it up on youtube and found our exact problem. I went to partselect.com and found the part we need in seconds! Ordered it and received it within days. My husband installed the part and our 25 year old fridge door closes like it is 1 year old. I am just amazed! My online search helped me locate the part I needed to get my dishwasher up and running correctly. PartSelect's link to an installation video made it very easy to make a successful install on the first attempt.

I entered the brand of our old refrigerator bought by the previous owners and found Part Select. The company that made this model no longer makes refrigerators. Then I clicked on the PartSelect Website and found it easy to find the part. I am not a person who knows names of many mechanical parts. The ordering was simple and delivery was fast. A few weeks later the other side of the deli drawer broke, that order took a little longer to ship, but was correct and easy to install. I have been telling friends about Part Select.

Was able to obtain the freezer seal needed from Partselect.com easily, and it was shipped quickly. Spent an hour or so replacing the seal and now the freezer isn't icing up and all the food is at the correct temp. This resolved the issues we were seeing and we were able to do it ourselves

I order parts for my fridge on the 13th of August 2021 and was told I would receive it 2-3 business day by Purolator but didn't get it. I called them on the 26th of August to get the reason why my order was not ship. Only to hear that they have to contact their warehouse to see what happens. I called again on the 27th and was told that they have not heard from their warehouse, so they have to refund me. I will never order anything ever from their website.

When I spilled a solvent on the control panel of my dishwasher, I thought that might be the end of it. I found a good parts diagram, parts listing and price list that saved the (deserved) wrath of my wife when I was able to restore the Bosch appliance to working order. In fact, we took the opportunity to deep clean the exposed body panel to make the unit look brand new. Works like it too. I bookmarked PartSelect.com because this might not be my last appliance mistake or breakdown.

I was in desperate need of a part for my washer. I was charged for it to be shipped out and received in 2 or three business days. They blamed fed ex but I found out that they charged me for faster delivery and sent it ground(no charge). When they got caught they took the extra 10.00 off but the part was coming another week later. I will now report them to the better business bureau. Scammers!
