Called and spoke with representative as we had questions concerning the part as the diagram did not show everything clearly. Good customer service, answered our questions. Verified this was the correct part needed to fix the vegetable bin drawer in our fridge. Quick response on shipping and had the part within three days. Will definitely use them again.

PartSelect is wonderful! They always have whatever replacement part(s) we might need for our appliances (refrigerator, oven, air conditioner, microwave, etc). And, not only is their selection great, but the turnaround time from order, fulfillment, shipment and delivery is "outstanding". On this occasion, we needed to order a hard to find filter for our Lennox a/c system. PartSelect had the part and at an affordable price. Time from order to delivery was 3 DAYS! We are huge fans of PartSelect and highly recommend them.

I came to this site to get parts for my washing machine that the top part of the agitator was not working. With one quick search, I not only was shown the parts needed to fix my machine, but, also information on how to fix it, both in written form and a wonderful easy to follow video tutorial! I can't say enough good about this site. I reccomend it to anyone who has household appliances (i. E.- Everyone!) Because it is assured they WILL break down... Better to check this site out and save Hundreds of dollars doing things yourself (I am a disabled veteran, if I can do it, anyone can). Give them a chance and they Will save you money and hassle!

Very reputable company got delivery of my product well before promise date. And got exactly what I ordered.

My stovetop was leaking gas because the left front burner could not be turned completely off. The original knob was warped inside and was completely round. I searched online and found PARTSELECT and then found my GE stove and ordered the new knob. I received it in a few days and (of course) it fit like new! End of the gas leak and end of my problem!

Part arrived before expectation and fit perfect. Great company. I would do business with them again.

I had to reorder a part that broke. The agent advised me that I had a warranty and replaced it for free! The 3rd time I purchased, the agent was very patient and walked me through the process of finding the serial number on my appliance. These people are so professional and friendly. I was in desperate need for a part for my LG dryer. I got no help from Lowe's, where I purchased it. I also got no help from LG. I found what I needed at Part Select. It was delivered quickly. Will always keep them in mind for any repair part I may need. Thank you.

PartSelect uses FedEx to ship their products. FedEx is by far the worst, most unreliable shipper of the big three, with long, unexplained shipment delays and virtually no customer service support. I will no longer use PartSelect due to their choice of shipping companies.

The parts were fine. They fit and the dishwasher is fixed. The PartSelect website claimed an average delivery time was 1.8 days. It was 12 days for my order. I realize that FedEx was responsible for the delay, but why continue to use FedEX? In recent years I have had frequent problems with FedEx, and if I had been advised that PartSelect was going to ship via FedEx I would have bought elsewhere.

Just a super friendly and helpful staff took care of all my issues and could not ask for more

So I'm a bit of a self made handy man, and would rather fix something than buy it new. So I do all my own washer and dryer repairs along with many others. But getting parts is sometimes a hassle. Partselect.com really helps make it easier finding parts. Coupons for return customers on shipping could use a little work. But great for parts!
