Parts Avatar sent me the wrong coil (two were the right items) and Nick was very difficult in allowing me to return the incorrect part postage paid. First he requested me to send in a pic of the coil showing the improper connector harness and the box it was sent in. I send in the attached pic. When I hadn't heard from him, I sent another e-mail and then he wanted numerous pics from various angles? This company obviously doesn't take their customer's best interests at heart.

Talked to a guy on chat and then gives you what you need and tells you to sign in and i did that and get a new guy and give vin and details agian and guy said this is right i said yes that what the other guy told me when matched part to truck. So i ordered the part and get it and it wrong and shipping was crazy and the wont even honor shipping back cod like other companies cheaper to go to usa companies canada one s screw u over. All i want is them to pay shippng back and i was going to reorder the right one. That s all they dont work with you joke
