We are sorry for the inconvenience but we also provide an extension of 15-20 days for our customers on the return. As checked, your order was placed in October and it's more than 4 months old, unfortunately, in this case, our system will not provide the return label. Our policy clearly states that the part can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. However, in this case, we got an extension approved for the return by the higher management. A return label shipping label can not be generated as it's way beyond the return window. I order quite a few parts for my car, I need to be able to find something quickly, easily and sometimes with support (to verify that the part really fits). PartsAvatar did a nice job, I could confirm that it worked, I could discuss and make sure before spending money on something (and not ordering the wrong part and having to wait for it to be exchanged), and I got exactly the make I wanted (there are some horrible and cheap knock offs)... there are two things that need improving (1) the website needs to remember my login, and it never did [and no option for it] and (2) when they are waiting for parts from a "warehouse" the system should update the order status so I am not wondering why it hasn't shipped.
Otherwise, great service and I shall order from them again.

Easy to find the right parts and delivery fast! Everything fits and installed without issues.
Parts are always thrown into a bigger box loosely & end up scattered around inside. My last $1800 order was lucky to survive.!
Also there system is not always correct about fitment & it's a big hassle when there wrong.
Not very happy about there generic pictures that depicted a complete part with no description about what there not giving you according to the pictures & when you realize that you have been deceived, Andy tells you that you have to pay to send the item back.
