I ordered my parts on a Thursday and it's now a Tuesday and they are still not sent out. The website lies as it said super fast shipping. Orders shipped out 4/36 hours after they are received.

Order control arms for a lincoln ls and recieved the wrong part even tho it said it fit my car...
Contacted them from chatbox and email and they send me the correct part free of cost and I didn't have to re-send the wrong part I had recieved!

The part took a while to arrive. I got the truck booked into the dealership to install but when they open the plastic bag it was shipped in they called to tell me it was damaged and unusable. The online support kept disconnecting as I tried to attach pictures and after 3 customer service he said attach pics of the box it came in... I told him it never shipped in a box only plastic bag. He sent me email to communicate so I could attach pics of the packaging.

Answer: They have terrible customer service and wont stand behind their mistakes (which they will make) or products. Would not recomend this place.
