Customer service is a joke, lame excuses as to why they cancelled my order which are contradicted by their website. Says she can't go out the sale price that was in effect when I ordered my part two weeks ago, ordered from rock auto and my part will be here in three days and still cheaper than partsavatars regular price.

This company is the worse when it comes to returns
I bought rotors and brakes and they sent me the wrong ones i contacted them and right away they told me it was my fault when it was their mistake
And then you have to pay for returns even though it was their fault

Parts arrived very quickly. Quality of the balls joints of the lower control arms I ordered was poor and one of the ball joints was completely incorrect. Return and refund process was time consuming and complicated. Had to contact them to get only a partial refund on the one control arm after they had received the part back. It cost me 45$ shipping plus a restocking fee (for a part that should not be resold). I am out over $60 and have no useable parts on hand. Not impressed.
