This is the worst parts place I have ever dealt with customer service is absolutely awful. I received control arms that said they came with balljoints. No ball joints came with them and they would like me to purchase another set as there resolution for 10% off. I've told them just to ship me the balljoints that where supposed to come with it and they refuse too! If you go to order parts think twice about ordering from parts avatar.

After having my first order cancelled with no explanation the brake rotors still showed in stock (first time when I asked why was cancelled they said not in stock) I check again a couple days ago and did the live chat as seems they dont have phones so I could call them. The person I did the live chat with said the item was in stock (showed in stock as well on line just like last time) I ordered again and next day order cancelled again as not in stock. Still showed available then and now seems they just list items they don't have and like to waste peoples time... prices seems comparable but no good if they don't actually have what people are looking for. The first time they told me "website glitch" I don't but it as still the same issue weeks later.

My order sat in Mississauga warehouse for a week. That's two hours from my home. Then I called about status of my order, and it magically arrived the next day. I paid more money to support a Canadian company. Next time I will just order from Rock Auto.
