I Purchased two Timken front wheel Hub bearings. I had the first installed by a professional auto repair shop - the bearing failed exactly 14 days after installation and less than 1000 kilometres. The bearing race shows a manufacturing defect I contacted partsavatar for a warranty and was told that because the bearing is in pieces neither partsavatar or Timken will warranty the bearing. Whilst I can understand that the folks at partsavatar do not understand that a hub bearing removal results in the bearing coming apart it is hard to believe that Timken does not understand how their bearing is installed and removed.
The moral of the story is buy your parts from a supplier who stands behind their own and manufacturers warranty. You may save a few dollars with partsavatar but you are rolling the dice when you buy from them.

I was able to get a wiper switch and 3 new wiper blades for less than the dealer price of the wiper switch alone... and with quicker delivery. Installed and is working perfectly.

Terrible experience! First time customer here. I ordered lower engine cover aka skidplate for my 2014 ford escape from this website. Skidplates are usually composed of a hard plastic/metal. To my dismay, I received a thin cardboard/fabric of a skidplate from this company. One of the agents told me that they are only selling OEM or close to OEM products. Not in my case! Skidplates are intendes to protect the engine. I don't think a thin cardboard could protect my engine! They don't want to pay for my return shipping. They offered me to get a full refund if I would cover the cost of shipping but Return shipping cost more than the product! Terrible customer service. Avoid this company!

They advised of wrong info for parts and went back and forth for refund request. Had to drop off at warehouse for return myself and they did not refund full amount. $30 was missing and for that they do not have me as a repeat customer for all parts, no referrals and bad review.

I chose to pick up the part at your Mississauga location to save time. I got a message saying it was in its way to me. I live-texted to ask since I did not want to go to your location to just find out that someone was delivering it. It was clarified someone was delivering it to my home, which is a confusing and unsafe location to deliver stuff. To my pleasant surprise, it arrived two days later, on a Monday morning. Good, but confusing message and website selection. I cannot tell if the part is the appropriate one since I have not had time to replace it. I'll let you know later. I cross my fingers because it appears to be slightly different from the original since it has a square casing motor. Thanks any way.

My Hood came in damaged and I was told to either; bring it to purolator 45 minutes away and then wait until that is input then they would process the replacement and wait for that while driving without a hood, or; take a 10% discount. That's not enough to cover my gas to drop it off let alone the repair cost. Terrible company policies and I will never recommend or purchase from parts avatar again.

Commande livrée en deux parties. Le deuxième coli est arrivé deux jours plus tard que prévu. La boîte du premier coli était endommagée, mais il ne manquait rien dans la boîte et la pièce n'était pas endommagée (shock +coil spring assemblé). Le livreur envoie un courriel un peu avant la livraison et un autre après la livraison. Le deuxième courriel est arrivé beaucoup plus tard après que le coli ait été déposé devant la porte. The shipping was great, came to my door within two days!
Although, when I installed the pads and rotors, rotors were good, but they sent me the wrong front pads for my accord. I triple checked to make sure I placed the order for the 4 cylinder model, but I guess they had the new guy packing my order or something

Answer: They have terrible customer service and wont stand behind their mistakes (which they will make) or products. Would not recomend this place.
