Required rotors for my ranger trucks. Avatar had rotors that they said were replacement in kind. Their web site confirmed that they listed the correct rotors. I also chatted with their online customer support personnel, twice, to confirm that I was ordering and would receive the correct rotors. (I have the conversation saved) They insured me that they were the correct ones. I ordered the rotors. Was informed in writing that I would get a new email ID discount of 10%. That never happened.
Their web site states that orders will be shipped no later than 36 hrs after the order. Rotors were not shipped till 5 days after the completed order. The rotors received (12 days after ordered) do not fit the specified vehicle. They are too small. Diameter is ½" (10 3/4") smaller than original OEM rotors (11 ¾") as well as the thickness of the rotor supplied is 7/8" and the original is 1". I guess Avatar is not concerned the safety issue of installing these smaller rotors and the brake pads not connecting to the rotor properly. Their information on their site for this type of rotors and the vehicle listed, is incorrect. So now I have rotors that I am required to ship back to Avatar at my expense. The Avatar support team are personal that only go by what is listed on their site. Even though it is not correct. This business is poorly operated and does not really care about customer support.
Other reviews of Avatar express my opinion also. Read this please – Avatar return policy - We do not reimburse for labor cost, service charges, return shipping costs or any other expenses incurred to the consumer.

I placed order 6 days ago and it is has not be shipped yet "Preparing for shipment"; either they lie about "in stock"(?) or they have no inventory. My order was for very common break pads and wheel bearing, noting special. They list many of them suitable for my car. Absolutely no. Never buy from them anything.

I've had to contact support multiple times with little to no help done at all for my situation. PartsAvatar messed up my order after it had been placed and never notified, leaving me to contact support for an hour to try to resolve. They said it was ready to be shipped but never shipped it again AND MADE THE SAME PROCESSING ERROR. Only use PartsAvatar if you want to be kept waiting for days and spend hours with customer support.

Their customer service and the website assured me that the part would fit my (exact model and engine) car. There were slight differences which lead up to an oil leak from my car. I had to go buy the part from the company which solved the leak. I was lucky enough to find the leak during a routine engine check. Please be cautious using this website. When I told them about what happened, they totally backed out, saying they cannot help me out and cant do anything. I wont be buying anything from this website again.

The set of inner and outer moog tie rods were of very good quality. All items were packed together with little air sacs for protection. The shipping time was reasonable considering it was free shipping. The processing time on the other hand seemed very long from the time it was initially ordered to the processed and shipped confirmation. Maybe that should be something worthwhile to improve on.

Ordered parts Nov 15th, Its now 30th Nov and still no parts. I emailed support and was told someone would respond in 24 hours. That was 7 days ago, then I got an email saying they had a glitch in their system. Transportation company CanPar and Parts Avatar cannot tell me where the parts are. I requested a refund and have been getting the run around, again saying they need 24 hours to escalate. Use them at your peril...

Overall experience while shopping was very good, found everything I needed and placed order. Credit card was charged within a few hours. Next day order was cancelled with no explanation given. I checked in with them on chat and was told "order can't be shipped try again in a few days" As I write this the refund hasn't been processed. Obviously I won't check back in a few days there is other sites to buy from. They lost my business. It wasn't a small order either - over $1100. Really liked the site was disappointing.
