Parts arrived with no packaging, simply loose and plastic was teared and perforated by the part exposing the tubing. I order a part vehicle specific, once the part arrived, they installing shop indicated that the part is not compatible with the vehicle. Since there is no OEM matching of part numbers its basically impossible to verify compatibility. I requested the return and that's where the fun starts, it my fold I ordered the wrong part because I should better read the description. Yes, I did read it, but turns out the description was now a contradicting with their vehicle matching, being complete opposite of the actual vehicle, I indicated, which I figured out only after longer research afterwards. Anyhow, I talked to three agents of PartsAvatar and they either it's my fault figure it out or go and request a return, but then the instructions to issue the return do not lead anywhere to such option. It's very painful, I would not recommend buying with PartAvatar, Alena from customer service will just tell you to go pounding. Scott however was finally very helpful and after 2h on this topic he was reasonable and resolved the issue issuing an RMA.

Was pleased with the order process and pricing. Negative part, shipping costs weren't free as it stated for half of my order. I had to cancel part of my order due to shipping costs and this inconvenienced me to have to order elsewhere.
Positive part, they did reach out to me by email to let me know that the shipping cost had changed prior to just sending them out and expecting me to pay or ship back. They did reimburse my credit card as they said they would.
Did receive the balance of my order within a reasonable amount of time, and they did follow up with me to see if I received my order.
I would be inclined to purchase through them again though. However, I would check first regarding shipping costs before placing order.

They would not honour the warranty and respect their warranty policy. I bought a Mevotech supreme control arm coming with a lifetime warranty. The refuse to process the warranty claim after 12 months.
Policy from their website: Parts Avatar fully upholds the warranty policies of the respective manufacturers of the products or goods sold through our site.
Warranty policy for the part purchased: Limited lifetime on Supreme Chassis and Boot Kits. The warranty on Original Grade Chassis is 5 year, 100,000km.
Policy from the customer service: As per our warranty policy, we offer 1 year/ 12 months of warranty on this part.
