The whole customer experience us ruined by the delivery service used (Rivo), it says delivery attempt failed but I was home and nobody came. Impossible to contact them on the phone and they don't reply to emails. 16 days later and my order is still stuck god knows where.

Hello, i ordered some parts for a friend, the site asked me for a billing address and a shipping address and so they were different. When I paid for the order the credit card was approved and it stated the two addresses. 3 day later I went to track the package and the online assistant came on to help. They asked why i had 2 different addresses which i found odd. I explained and he said they could not release the order? Which i could not understand why there was an option on the ordering site to have different addresses? Then he said if i wanted it shipped i had to provide my bank statements which made no sense to me at all.
So i was forced to cancel my order and lose the time even though i paid in full. I went to Amazon and ordered them right away and got a delivery date, a tracking choice and was told it was being processed already.
So i still remain puzzled, i sent emails to 3 different departments at Avatar, no response. The only response was that my order was cancelled and it might take 5-10 days to get my refund.
So all that for terrible service and no customer support except the choice to cancel and wait for them to credit me.

I ordered brake parts, the price was good, after a day I inquired about shipment, the answer was it will take another 2-3 days to ship. In auto repair, the parts are required ASAP
So basically if you can live 7-10 days without a vehicle, order here, otherwise spend some more and buy locally.

They cant send the good part even with pictures TWICE this is ridiculous your warehouse team is under qualified for the job

I would leave lower then 1 Star if I could. I ordered part and everything went well. However, part failed and I looked into warranty. It took longer then expected but sometimes that happens. Now almost two weeks in, their solution is to reimburse me for the part, but not the core. They have no part in stock, so they want me to send the defective rack and pinnion that only worked for two months and they will reimburse me. Problem is they have my core and won't return or re-imburse. So I will have to purchase elswehere and I pay an extra $500 because I do not have a core. So end of the day I have to pay over $1500 in labour because they provided a faulty part and they will not reimburse the full amount. They said I can wait for the part to maybe come in. What wait for weeks while I can't drive my car? I went back forth via chat and email to no avail. I will not be using PartsAvatar in the future, and I would adivse others not to as well.

Ordered new parts. (Coils). Received 2 used in box with no packaging. Asked for them to ship new parts in Help chat, and "Dean" asked me to send pictures. As I was taking the pictures, He waited less than 3 min and ended the chat saying "Since there is no response from your end, I will have to end the chat here. Please feel free to contact us anytime.
