I own 2 volvo V70s. I ordered brake parts for my 1998...and an A/C drier kit for my 2006. Your site said the kit would fit my 2006 V70. It did not fit. I assume your site is either wrong about fitment...or someone there figured I only had one Volvo v70 and guessed wrong and sent me a kit for the 98? At any rate... I am now getting a hassle about a refund. I am being told I ordered the wrong kit for my 1998 when I did not even order A/C parts for my 98. To be clear again. I own 2 v70s. I ordered brake parts for the 98 and a/c kit for the 2006. I wont be ordering from you again. I don't appreciate being told that it was my mistake when it was NOT!

Just a head's up, there is a lot of parts with 70% to 90% discount that is totally fake. The original price they put on a lot of parts is non-sense. (40$ brake pads at 140$ but with 90% of discount per example). Just saying.

Bought the product that is recommended by my mechanic. Got the exact same product which came out Faulty. Now, they have so many questions that doesn't really help. We double checked everything and turns out, the product is to blame. Customer service is no help at all. Not a buyer anymore after this.

Ordered parts that were wrong and received a box of bashed up boxes of the parts when they came. Their packaging was horrendous. I had thought someone opened the boxes and thrashed them around during delivery. Their chat service...terrible. I answered their questions and then was asked the same questions again and knew they were not reading what I wrote or they are automated but refuse to tell you that even though the chat has names on their end. Sent the parts back and STILL NOT PAID what is owed to me by this company. I am shocked they haven't given me my money back yet at this point. When I sent the parts back I had to actually get bubble wrapping and properly pack the boxes back into the original box it was sent in, so as not to have anymore damage done to the original boxes they came in. The parts were half the size of the box it was boxed in with a flimsy wrap on it leaving the extra space in travelling to it's destination to get bashed around as they are heavy objects in a box. I am not interested in ordering from this company ever again and will not go through the fact I am not being paid my money back when they have received their parts back 4 days ago. NOT ONE WORD from them on receiving the parts even though I have the purolator stating the date they received it. Emailing them was pointless because they are obviously automated or they don't read what you already wrote them.

Got the product but the product was not what I expected. I expected the product I had two straight ends, but when I got the product one and had a 90° bend and that will not work for my application.

I am pretty constant customer of Parts Avatar and never had issues with delivery, quality ore timing. Last time I received my order with a wrong content ( it happens during packaging, no objection). Tried to explain at least 3 agents at Chat (first 2 dropped line pretty's soon). I had impression agent didn't read my comments or look at the pictures I attached. Agent kept repeating "from our end you received part according your order". I am just upset that one department ruins a whole impression of the company. Not sure if I want to come back for shopping on the site.

I ordered a part as as per the website advertised picture. I spoke to Parts Avatar after receiving a different looking part and this is their reply "The product images shown are for illustration purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the product". Wont be ordering anything again as I have no idea what I might receive next time!. They sent something different to what I wanted and now they want me to pay $49 for return shipping. Told me "it fits your vehicle"! It might fit my vehicle but its still not what I ordered and totally different to the advertised picture on your website.

I have never recieved the item I purchased a few weeks ago. They keep on making excuses with poor grammar. You can't contact them via phone. They should be shut down. Please people, stay away from this company if you don't want your money stolen. I tried to support a Canadian company, but they have shown me why I support other companies like Amazon instead. Service in Canada to get parts has gone downhill.

Didn't receive my order and got the runaround from them, kept telling me they will update me within 24 hours but never did. I was told this would be referred to customer concern but nothing was done. Wasn't offered any compensation for my inconvenience so I wont shop there again.

It took a long time to process my order and the last two orders were not packed properly and the boxes the parts came in were damaged.
Received a product and within a couple days price drop significantly at a different big box store, they would not price match, the return option would incur restocking fee. CS over their chat was less than helpful and felt more like a bot than a person. If someone from this company would like my future business i've listed my order number to be contacted to help me refund the difference.

They take orders and payment for parts that they cant supply. It is run completely by remote control from overseas offices. No phone contact, remote chats, and absolutely no accountability from anyone. Never get to Chat with the same person. All they do is ask for more time. All they kept saying was that My order was being processed. Finally I had no choice but to demand they send the part or give me a refund. Its obvious that they didn't have the part in stock for me.
