Par après par contre, pour une petite commande de 30$, ça me revenait moins cher sur Amazon... à cause de la livraison que je devais payer chez vous mais pas sur Amazon parce que je suis prime. Dès que je suis en haut de 75$ et que j'ai la livraison gratuite, je vais commander chez vous pour encourager un entreprise plus local.

I find it frustrating, when I order a Part, that shows "In Stock" trying to get answer as to when it is being shipped. I am beginning to learn that "In Stock" does not mean In Stock at Parts Avatar, rather In Stock Somewhere. I continuously get a response of "You should receive part i 8 - 10 days". But That does NOT answer "If Item is In Stock when will it be Shipped? If my vehicle is going to a Service Garage for installation "Sometime in the next 9-11 days" is NOT acceptable to the garage, or My schedule. Parts Avatar need more accurate answers to "When will item be shipped?"

Honestly I can't say anything bad about my experience they saved me a good 50% cost of my repair and the service with the website was amazing! I am not a mechanic Im a pipefitter I am handy but it's not my specialty. Look at what you need I had to return items but they were helpful and it was easy!

Ordered some Centric rotors from PartsAvatar. Price was good and delivery was quick. However while the right rotor fit perfectly on the hub, the left one had quite a bit of play and when I finished torquing everything up, there is a small vibration when braking. Maybe due to loose fitting front left rotor. We'll see if vibration gets worse as time goes on.
