The first upper control arm was defective, cut in rubber boot. I could not do a straight exchange, I had to get refund f the first one that came with other items so there was no delivery charge. The second one was under $99 so they wanted to charge for delivery. The on line help could not help with this
( charge). It took a few email to get this straightened out. Once that was done everything else went well. Good prices fast deliver. Will use again. But please stream line return for defective parts.

Claims of 1-3 days shipping... took a week to get back to me saying they sold me some parts they don't stock and I have to wait while they order them in. 2 weeks later the rest of my order is still has not arrived. Found out they put my whole order on hold so they can save on shipping while waiting a month to bring in everything. I canceled everything on my order they did not have in stock so it could ship asap and still...my order is not processed 3 weeks later. Contacted them on chat multiple times and my order is "expedited" but they can't give me a tracking number because its not shipped. This place is a joke.

I have used Parts Avtar 2 times as I felt should support Canadian. The first order was a chrome grill. It showed up as promised and when I opened the box the chrome was bubbled and peeling. So I tried the contact thing on the computer. Went nowhere. Got my Visa statement and charged twice. Tried the contact thing and went nowhere. Called Visa and Visa them selves credited my card and went after the parts people. So at this point I have a $#*!ty grill and some billing issues. A year or so goes by and I order there again. Parts Avatar sends the product and billing was fine. Problem is Purolator was to deliver 3 boxes and only 2 were left at the door. Contacted Parts Avatar and told deal with Purolator on your own. Ok so go through the hoops with Purolator to be told Sorry we cant help you. So I asked for a photo that was taken from the delivery driver to see if there were 2 boxes or 3 boxes in the photo. Told they are not allowed to show me the photo. So lost again. Maybe my luck or bad politics but I can't see ordering there again as the risk is all mine. The photo would have settled the issue for sure. Have to say that Purolator did pick up 3 boxes from Parts Avtar so they did what they said they would. But the third box was not there and the value of the third box was $40.00 so no serious loss. I was never told if the shipments are insured but I did ask and told nothing. So unfortunate events happen but for 2 orders the carnage left behind is quite large.
