I received the caliper as ordered and in good time. The only objection I have is the core charge for the old part and the shipping cost to return it for credit. The new part was $67.59 ca which was a good price. The core charge was $88.40 and the shipping cost to return the core was $27.65. So my actual cost for the part was $95.24 which is not such a good price. Because the right caliper was back ordered, I cancelled and found it on Amazon for $67.69 with tax & shipping, no core charge. Henceforth I will check Amazon first before I shop Parts Avatar.

Bought a blower motor for my truck which did not fit they told me that it is for my truck the bracket was off I had to use old bracket and the wiring was reversed they do not respond in decent amount of time and they make excuses I would never deal with them again poor quality workmanship and customer service

I ordered some brake rotors and pads for my wife's mini van.
Got the parts and started to install them.
When I pulled the rotor and compared I found that the rotor they sent me was an inch smaller in diameter than the ones that were on there.
The ones I order said OEM. Well they definitely are not.
My wife needs the van daily, so I had to go to my local parts store and get Rotors.
I talked with the parts guy and he said there is only one size rotor for that model of van, so I googled it and low and behold it says rotor size was supposed to be 330mm they sent me ones that are 302mm. So an inch difference.
I have tried to return them, and am just getting the absolute run around. I sent pictures of the Old rotors with a tape measure and the new rotors they sent me with a tape measured length.
I even Screenshot what Google said for OEM rotor size for that make and model of van.
Well... apparently that is not enough.
They are asking me to pull the FRONT rotors now and take a "comparison" photo. How am I supposed to pull the front rotors when I have the wrong parts to replace them with?
I have been emailing with these guys for Days! They won't respond for a full 24hour period, and it's always the same response when they do respond.
I've have order over a thousand dollars in parts the last 6 months or so.
This will be the last time I use them, absolutely unacceptable customer service.
I'm going to try Rock Auto and see if they're and better.
Worst comes to worse, I go back to my local parts store for where mistakes are much more rare and refunds are instant.
You'll probably never see this review, because they'll either block it or stuff it 500 pages down.

I ordered what the website said was the correct brake pads for my truck. When they arrived the same ones were sent for both front and back. Disappointed as I needed them right away, and had to go elsewhere and put out more money.

Pitman arm didnt fit. Customer support was quick to point out the tiny notes which arent clear to begin with. Spent a small fortune here over the years but will never be returning. Enjoy the tiny bit of profit you made on the pitman arm because that's it.

Order rear break calibers for Elantra, received two different calibers, where only one would fit my car, had run to local parts store to save the day. Wrong parts were send, this is unacceptable to me, I will check other part suppliers before I would ever order again from parts avatar,
