Not sure what box to return core with and did not realize a fifty dollar core cost $30 to return and no core box. Customer of Rock Auto and returns are on them

Both cv axles came with nuts, but one was missing a washer, and had to go to parts store to get missing washer.

It cost me $36 to return the cores. I didn't save at all. Plus the hassle of boxing them. I think the return cost should be posted on the order page.

I was shipped 2 control arms for my Mazda cx7,1 was the correct part, the other was for a completely different vehicle ( the box was labeled with the right part number, but the part inside the box was incorrect. I had a very difficult time reaching someone for help. I ended up talking to the online help feature and was told to ship the part back and reorder the part. I was told the phone lines were down and I couldn't speak to anyone in person. I was very dissatisfied with how this was resolved
