Most of all it's always great to deal with parts Avatar. One of the boxes where damaged badly. Although my brake pads where fine the guides where damaged and I had to fix them to be able to install them.

I decided to give another chance to Parts Avatar after my last review so I Contacted them in relation to a timing belt kit price and explained that it is available at other parts stores for $100 cheaper all the rep said THATS THE PRICE. Never even tried to obtain the business, I know you have to shop around and that is just their price, but like I said in my last review, no more sick of trying to keep business in Canada

Purolator delivered packages to neighboring property. Another dump and run. Had to go over and retrieve packages. Delivery is the weak link in the chain. Otherwise great service from Parts Avatar.

Great spare parts quality, and fast shipping/pick-up. Just pay attention to floor liners; I order one kit thinking it will include front and back rows and it was only the back one, description wasn't clear enough, great quality though.

Kyle was the chap who I connected with to order. He kept disappearing, then would return, ask another question, then disappear! I think you get it by now. It took seemingly forever. He then queried a non existent return for the same item I wanted to order, without asking if this is what I wanted to do?
He couldn't access my previous order and frankly by this time I ended the conversation. If you review my conversation you will find that I accepted responsibility for buying the wrong size tire. Other than that, Parts Avatar is great.

I purchased brake pads and rotors through Parts Avatar's website and the transaction seemed almost too easy (if that's possible). Normally I struggle trying to find the specific parts I need on other websites but the filters on Parts Avatar made it simple to find exactly what I wanted within minutes. Knowing rotors weigh a little bit it was surprising that the shipping was free (yet it was). They initially estimated delivery would take about a week but then everything was at my house within days. I'll definitely shop here again!
