I paid for a parcel to be sent on their 48 express service and it's been 3 days with no delivery and the tracking information states it's still in a van somewhere.
When I did finally manage to speak to customer service they were clueless and told be to track in via the tracking number provided in the email they had sent.
Use DPD, DHL etc and these fobs.
Absolutely one of the worst delivery companies I've ever come across... Everyone thinks evri and all them are bad well these are worse.
Driver pulled up, scanned parcel and drove off... Amazing...
I have used the Darlington Post office to send my parcel through express24. I have opted for next day delivery and paid. Until now I haven't received it. It cost me a lot of money as I have to refund the items.
Don't do it. You'll get nothing back if your item is worth alot even if you insured it. The max is £100 without £500 with. They'll sell you insurance then revoke it when you item gets lost stolen or broken they'll claim its your fault as you did not pack it correctly. Customer service is totally useless and very hard to speak to a human. And they won't. Calk you back ither. Don't do it.
You claim you tried to deliver a parcel to me on the 21, while I was at home working ALL DAY, you claim you left a card which is a lie, it is impossible to speak to anyone and I do not know what happen to my parcel. Aren't you embarrassed of the way you conduct your business? Terrible service, non-existent customer service, I am beyond upset
1 star is far too many, the so called delivery drive has failed to turn up for over a week, clearly it has been stolen by parcel force, don't bother with ca they won't do anything about it, avoid.
Chose option to deliver to my local post office.
The morning of delivery, I received a text saying they had attempted delivery and no one was in.
Total bull $#*!e.
The parcel never arrived, they say it is delivered, but it is not and the post does not take any responsailities
The parcel never arrived and the post is not taking any action nor responsibility. A parcel was sent to us from the USA (USPS or United States Postal Service), but it did not arrive to our address, they did not inform us when they have apparently delivered it to an unexisting person Mr. Arthur, there was only a picture of a shop. We complained and their only answer was that it was delivered to a neighbor. They do not take any responsibilities nor any action if you do not receive the parcels. An extremely bad and unreliable post. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES IN ENGLAND IF YOU WANT YOUR PERCELS DELIVERED.
This is a company I will not use again - I had a very bad experience.
I posted a letter via the 'next day delivery service' on a Friday, which arrived in the following week on a Thursday - nearly a week! This service costed 47.45£.
After the letter did not arrive on the Tuesday I sent the information via the normal post, which arrived on the Thursday as well. The normal post was quicker.
The customer service from Parcelforce wrote long emails, but did not give me any refund even though I sent all the necessary receipts. Their excuse is the following:
"I must advise that on this occasion, your claim for delay has been declined. This is due to a suspension of guarantee being in place on the service used.
Our delivery speed guarantees do not apply when situations arise which are outside of the control of Parcelforce Worldwide. This includes (but is not limited to) fire, flood, explosion, accident, adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdown, obstruction of any private or public highway, riot, government act, act of God, terrorism, war or from any industrial dispute.
When our service guarantee is suspended for any reason noted above, compensation is not available for any delayed items."
I still wonder which of the above happen to my letter, which I sent via Parcelforce and made the 'next-day-delivery-service' to a 6 days long journey from England to Germany - the 'Act of God'?

They still havnt delieverd my items, they've had them 2 wks now, this is not acceptable. I have phoned them three times now, to be fobbed off everytime. Today tracking siad it was out for delivery, this was a lie, they have not delivered today, now being past 6pm. Tracking has then changed to: Addressee requested delivery to new address. This is also a lie as I have never requested that. I think this has been put on the tracking to make them not look so inept, and to negate compensation. A common courier trick I have seen employed before. I have had dealings with parcelfarce before, 80% of the time they $#*! it up in some way, awful company that seem to be really bad at the job. My Items still remain to be delivered, fingers crossed for delivery in wk 3.
So in summery, if your in need of a courier (and they are all pretty bad in my experiance) dont use this one.
My package was supposed to be picked up on Monday, October 17. I waited for the courier all day, when in the evening he never came and did not call, I checked the tracking number and saw that he supposedly came at 12.44, but I was not at home. Although this is not true, I was at home all day, the cameras also show that the courier did not arrive. So, I called Parcelforce and they promised to pick up the package on Tuesday 18th October, but again no one came. Finally, on Wednesday evening, the courier showed up and picked up two of my packages, to two different customers. However, these two parcels somehow went to the same customer. So… what I have in the end? I didn't go to work for 3 days because I was waiting for the courier, I paid for a terrible delivery service, I lost one parcel, and the client who was waiting for his product since October 17 asked for a refund. I have a question: where else should I call or write to solve this problem? Who will compensate my losses? Why do you employ such incompetent people?
Let's see what happens next, because today I wrote a complaint, let's see how they work in the complaints department, how competent people are there.
Sent a parcel to a friend, it was something I made for her to help her with her mental health, it arrived smashed to pieces! I will never use this disgusting company again!
Parcel destroyed.

Item broken in transit. I would never recommend Parcel Force. When I contacted the company they didn't want to know.Steer clear.
I ordered from an online store on 21st Sept 23 and was expecting my parcel around Tuesday 25th Sept. For some reason the tracking number i was given was too short so after numerous emails to the online shop i didn't actually get to track the item until 28th Sept.
I put the number in to track and it said out for delivery then address problems (insufficient address) then returned to depot all on 25th. Then on 26th it said prepared for delivery then nothing more.
When i saw the tracking i phoned parcelforce and was told the street address was missing but she said the driver should have found our house by the name and the postcode.
I gave the customer advisor the missing street name and she assured me i would receive the items Monday.
Nothings arrived so i called again, the next advisor said there's some address missing which i told her about my previous call and she eventually found the notes the previous advisor had sent to the depot. Apparently they'd read the message but not done anything about it.
Turns out the number i had was London so i asked for the local depot number and was told you can't ring them direct so i asked if i could go and pick them up and was told they would probably turn me away because they probably couldn't find them hence the reason there were no more updates from 26th.
I then had to tell her what was in the package so they'd know what to look for, i asked when would i get my package and she said she didn't know because she was in London but if there was a problem they would call me. I've just checked the tracking and it's still the same status. They really are a joke.
I've emailed where i bought them from and told them to sort it or i want a full refund.
I needed these items for my work tomorrow so i'm now not able to work until i get them.
Such a poor service. I phoned up to ask about couriering a bike box, they said a sturdy bike box would be fine. When the box arrived it was crushed but fortunately had saved the bike inside, which was worth significantly more then the box.
However, the box was still worth £220. That they managed to buckle it by placing some heavy object on it is beyond me. The reason we were not allowed to claim on it, the box had not been packed in sturdy cardboard. This raises several points:-
1. If Sturdy metal is not able to support a heavy item and crumples under it, then what good would cardboard be?
2. Advice from Parcelforce was next to useless, they do not say that if your bike box is damaged and without cardboard you will not be able to claim it. The advice differs from the phone line to the website. Thats rubbish
3. By advocating the use of cardboard and sellotape, ParcelForce promote unenvironmentally friendly practices, using up needless resources and costs, when in actual fact, all they needed to do, was take more care.
This is a terrible company with a terrible service. Avoid Avoid Avoid
There is no obvious facility to instruct driver to place parcel over locked gate. All other delivery service operators have no problem with this.
Horrible Company for normal people. Maybe good against criminal law only.

The driver got into the back of his van and urinated in a bottle outside my house and then poured it onto the drive.
They have left card at my home and not delivered the goods 6 times this year
