Paid for next day delivery due yo going on holiday. Failed to arrive. Text next day to say between 11.30 and 12.30. Neighbour still waiting.
It's been 2 months still waiting on my item they said it's in our depo it will be delivered tomorrow and after tomorrow they keep telling tomorrow
Very bad service. Twice companies sent me parcels and I did not receive them. I do not recommend them.
This is by far the worse company for service.
It is impossible to get any help or very near impossible to speak to a human. When you do finally talk to someone, they can only read to you what they and you see on the screen. Our local depot "Newport" is a shambles. Take a look at the following NEXT DAY delivery. It's now the 9th of July, they have even stopped updating the tracking!

They have, as yet, not once attempted a delivery despite claiming it was put on the van. I now have two parcels stuck in the depot. I've instructed all my suppliers to not use this company or I will purchase from other sources.
Answer: You can't! The number advertised is automated and doesn't give an option to speak to anyone…. Parcel force don't care if they damage your goods….
