I am a researcher who has published many papers and proposals, some of them in high-impact journals. I generally know how to write an essay, but since English is not my mother tongue, my essays need polishing. PaperTrue is doing an excellent job, not only in improving the langue, but also to structure my writing. I had two times their service and I am very pleased with their work!
1. Proofreading editor totally unqualified. After their proofreading, I spotted even more English mistakes than the proofreader.
2. The most important file was wrongly delivered. They delivered a wrong file from a different customer!
3. When I requested refund, they argued for hours and hours! Even after putting to Paypal (until yesterday), they still argue! What's the point of arguing? Papertrue delivered wrong file, those files delivered full of English mistake - even worse than my original file. I had spent at least 3 hours to entertain them and prove why they need to refund. (it's just a 2000 words file, and I spend 3 hours - almost longer than writing the concerned file) That's criminal!
PaperTrue had a prompt turnaround on a 28k+ word dissertation. Extremely impressed with the reformatting and APA styling. The editor also found multiple mismatches related to references. I would highly recommend this service.
Papertrue has a user friendly website that allows me to quickly & easily submit my manuscript, one chapter at a time, as I can afford to do so.). When I stipulated that I need an editor with Biblical knowledge who is skilled in editing end-rhyme poetry with a specific syllable count per line, they found the perfect editor, Debrah Tyler. And, as per my request, they send each chapter to that same editor (to assure consistency). I am completely satisfied.
It is important for me to have an editor who is skilled in editing narrative poetry, and whose Biblical knowledge is a step above. Paper True found the perfect editor for me.
