Paint Plot

I have been with Paint Plot a short time but their service has been exception and the aftercare is brilliant. I have really enjoyed the quality of paints and canvas. I have had hours of entertainment from the products and it is just been a great business to purchase from. So much so that i have signed up to the subscription and now get a new painting every month.

I ordered my painting in April it is now middle of June. I could have used that money to use for a different project. Their customer service is awful. They do not respond with an actual customer service representative and send just a generic email saying someone would contact me. I will go to my back tomorrow and see if they can give me my money back. I will let my bank know that this is a fraudulent company. I will never order from them again and I also will never recommend this company to anyone either. This is very upsetting.

Paint Plot is a great company to deal with. I was so pleased with them, and the fun and relaxation of painting was a great pleasure for a first timer! They were very helpful and responsive to my questions, and I just ordered my second one.

I really enjoyed and loved how my hummingbird turned out. It was a gift for my mom and she adores hummingbirds. However, when I was done the bird itself and moved on to paint the background of the canvas, I didn't have enough paint! I got 3 tiny containers of #1 to cover a massive background. I had to get creative and mix colors. Was so so disappointed because I really wanted a crisp white background. The amount of paint I got covered 25% of my background - at best. Really disappointed. OK it's now May 12. I ordered a Paint Plot kit on April 26 for my daughter's birthday on May 8.
Obviously it didn't make her birthday and I still can't find a tracking number online.
Which can only lead me to believe that Paint Plot has basically stolen money from me and not shipped anything to me.
If only I had read the plethora of negative reviews for this company online before I placed the order.
You can be sure I will be reporting this company as well as posting bad reviews online.
What a scam. Paint Plot is scamming people and the owners should be ashamed of themselves.

I ordered 3 and did the easier one first. Glad I did. It was a good learning experience. I did end up painting it twice and I'm glad I took a picture of the paining first. Their copy was a little small. I look forward to starting my next one after I finish framing this one.

I seen so many different pictures to chose from when I went onto the site, and it was so hard to pick one, but when I seen the mystery painting I had to get one, just the anticipation of not knowing what you will be painting till you get going had me hooked. It did take a bit to come in but I am in Ontario Canada and with all the delays because of covid it's understandable. I would love to order more!

I ordered 2 kits almost 2 months ago. The beginning of May, I contacted Customer Service requesting the delivery status. Was told it shipped on April 23 and they provided me with the tracking information (which was all in Chinese so I could not read it). I have just contacted them again and they said it would be at least another 10 days, this time they provided me with tracking information in English and come to find out, the company submitted shipping information on April 23rd but did not actually ship until May 21. I believe this is how they play the system so they can say it shipped and you cannot cancel your order. I still have not received the order and will never order again.

All the negative reviews are 100% true! I placed my order on 4/20/2020 and I STILL haven't received my items. I did not get a tracking number until 5/20/2020 and it's remained the same status since (in Transit) and today is now 7/04/2020. I called and sent multiple emails wanting my money back only to eventually receive a response stating I couldn't cancel my order because it's already been shipped and I had to wait for it to arrive and return the items back, then I would get my refund. It's been in transit for 52 days now. Customer service is nonexistent. Had I known this before, I never would've bothered. This company is a scam. Don't waste your time and absolutely do not waste your money!

It took almost three months to arrive, and when it did- it was missing the paint.

Emails to support would go unanswered for weeks, and when they did respond- it was some template email about how they didn't know when it would arrive but it would eventually.

They offered to send me replacement paints but after almost three months of waiting I just gave up and bought them myself.

I love paint plot it is easy and fun and once you start you don't want to stop. Paint plot team is super useful and will help in any way or. Send PDF so you can see the numbers or extra paint if you run out. I have completed 6 and have one on the go and one waiting will be getting more.

Guys. This is such a scam. First of all what they don't tell you is that is comes from China. It's been over a month and I have not received my package. According to the shipping it is still in China. After reaching out multiple times, facebook instagram and email. NO ONE WAS ANSWERING. They blocked me on instagram so I could no longer message there. This "company" is so unprofessional. PLEASE do not buy from them. SAVE YOUR MONEY. They will scam you

Ordered 1 painting, and it was fantastic. There was heaps of paint (so often other companies don't send enough), and clear communication across the process. Due to COVID-19 there was a bit of a postage delay of about 10 days, but the company always kept in contact. It was a bit more expensive than others that come from China, but to support a small Australian company I thought was worth it. By comparison, I ordered a PBN through an international company and waited 5 months for the parcel. I'll take Paint Plot anyday!

Ordered my painting on April 1,2020 and haven't received it 47 days later. I've emailed them many times for updates and they continue to send tracking links that don't work. I've screenshot the tracking links but they do not respond. They delete any negative comments on their social media. They refuse to offer a refund. I filed a complaint with my credit card as I don't believe the product will ever arrive. Also filed a complaint with the FTC but I don't even know where the company operates out of. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
