Brilliant quality quick delivery, kept me sane during lockdown. I'm not an arty person and couldn't freehand anything but kept reading great reviews on how relaxing this is. No rules just sit back pump up the music and go for it, heaven!
I received an email the product shipped and was told it would take a few days to clear customs, but it's almost a month since I received this email and the tracking order is still not active, nor has the package reached me. I also realized that their idea of a frame is the wood to stretch a canvass not the the frame that actually goes around the painting. Unfortunately, that means I would been unable to stretch the frame once it reached me due to the poor wording and display of the order.
Ordered this product well over 3 months ago and never revived it. They claim they are a family owned company yet they ship from China, I wish they weren't so secretive about this and admitted where they ship from. I had to file a dispute on my credit card. I highly recommend masterpiece by numbers ordered and revived 5 days later because they ship from the USA! Please save your money and don't order from this company

This was the first pa8nt by numbers site I found when I started googling for a new hobby. I love the easy to use website and the quick delivery. One of the best things I've found I'd the kind and supportive people on its Facebook page. I now have a lovely stash of paintings that will see me into retirementand probably beyond. I enjoy supporting an Aussie based business that has stock on hand rather than having to wait for it to come from overseas. The support of the team if I have questions is excellent. I especially love the mystery paintings.
Waiting over four months to get my package! Reached out to them numerous of times and they blame it on shipping. Asked for a refund will not allow it. Send me a tracking number but the package never moves and hasn't ever came! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Paint plot Australia is fantastic. I get my items within 5 days every email I send gets responded to within a day or two. Thay always try to help where thay can. I love doing my paintings and love dealing with paint plot Australia. A+ 100/100
I ordered two paintings in March 25th and it still has not come in yet. I tried calling them many times but the number goes straight to voice mail. I emailed numerous people and they kept saying that the package is on its way and that it was lost but they are shipping a new one. The tracking number is a JOKE it doesn't work. I ordered a very similar painting from amazon for half the price and it came within 7days. This company is such a scam and they are just taking advantage of people. Please go somewhere else!
I recommend checking out their blogs and tips and tricks. Very useful for a beginner like myself. I like the fact that they commission artists from across the globe as they have a broader range. Happy with the service and I gladly endorse their product.
Bought a pic for my son-in-law as a Secret Santa present. It arrived on the 24th so Santa came right on time and he loves it. It turns out Santa got one for me too. I sit down to paint and before I know it, time has passed while I am in a world of my own... all is good. :)
My daughter and I thought it would be a fun activity to do together. It was a definite challenge for both of us. It bought us many hours of enjoyment though and we have them hanging on our walls. We would both highly recommend PBN's and Paint Plot as we found their service excellent
I love love love buying from paint plot. Their paintings look great. They have a good variety of paintings for beginners and the more experienced. The paint is the highest quality that I've found in a paint by numbers set. Paint Plot also have a great little community on Facebook. The owners Tova and Mick are super nice and very helpful. It's the little things like providing free PDFs and lots of vouchers and discounts that make Paint Plot such a great company to buy from. I'm so addicted to their products. Definitely recommend.
I ordered in April and it is now mid June and I am still waiting on the product. The act like a single owner business in the States but the products are shipped from China. The tracking information is useless. I am hoping if the product ever arrives that it is worth the cost and wait.
This company is shipping items from China during the COVID-19 pandemic. I tried to cancel my order once I found out it was coming from China, but they refuse to cancel my order and refund my money. It's also been almost 2 weeks since i ordered my paintings, and the tracking info still just says it's in China. This is a scam. Do not buy from them!
Paint plot are a wonderful company I am so glad I stumbled across them! The website is easy to navigate and from my initial purchase I have since order 9 or 10 products. Communication from the owners is friendly and professional. And the kits are super easy to use! I have recommended them to my friends who have also now purchased!
I saw paint plot online and was excited to get something relaxing during this pandemic. They sent a message they had shipped fairly quickly and I was excited. Except it hadn't shipped. They claimed via messages that it was held up in customs from shipping from overseas. I got an update on the shipping today that it had JUST shipped from China. That means it won't be here until more than two months after ordering. Also, I went onto aliexpress and found the EXACT same paint by numbers at half the cost after I had already ordered. In fact, all of their "exclusive" designs are across multiple websites and all available on aliexpress. Drop the middle man and order straight from China at half the cost.
I have purchased 6 paintings so far and have loved each one. Each order has arrived within a week (I reside in Geelong, Victoria) of my ordering them and the quality of each painting has been fantastic. I recently ordered some of the fine detail brushes and when I received the order one of the brushes was broken. I emailed Paintplot and Michelle was most helpful. She organised a replacement brush and I received it in under a week. I also bought a painting for my sister and one of the pots was empty. Again Michelle organised a replacement which my sister received within a few days. I highly rate this company for its service and products and recommend them to all my friends and family. 5 star for me!
I couldn't ask for better service, placed 2 orders and both arrived in less than a week, which in these times is incredible. Very happy with the quality and cost of the product too. I can't see myself dealing with anyone else for my PBN
I ordered my painting April 25th and it is now July 5th and it has still not been received. These paintings come from China so the processing takes forever due to COVID but there was no warning when I purchased. Almost 3 months of waiting. Never again.
I'm not familiar with much to do with arts or any art sites but I have had no issues with paint plot. The supplies are sufficient, though some of the numbers are printed too small or blurry on their PBNs but I've had a lot worse and I'm happy with my purchase.
