Paint Plot

What a great kit. It came with everything you could possibly need. Supported by online videos.
Painting is great therapy and allowed me to relax and forget my stresses for a while.

I saw a PBN that a friend did. I wasn't sure that I could do it as I have no artistic ability. It wasn't difficult at all. I loved all the tips and tricks that were available to me from Paint Plot. It took me a while so I'll have a break. I will definitely order another in the future from Paint Plot. I loved the service that they provided me from the welcoming email to the extra paint they had to send me, I think I was a little heavy handed. An enjoyable experience and I highly recommend them to anyone.

I thought I was supporting a small business, but the product is made in and ships from China. Normally this might not be a problem, but right now (COVID) I will be surprised if it comes at all. I expect shipping delays in a pandemic, but it has been 2 months since I placed my order and I paid a premium in USD for something that I thought was made in, and coming from, North America.
I have emailed twice and the message I get back is: "we're doing our best" and "it's coming"... neither of which addresses what I've asked for: Which is my money back (or at very least a voucher for a free painting as an apology for the frustration). Also - interestingly, you can't leave a review ON THEIR WEBSITE - they only post the positive ones there. Had I found these reviews, I never would have ordered from them.
They can't control a pandemic, but they should be prepared to offer some customer service and not flog being a small, family owned business if they're outsourcing their material like this.

I ordered two months ago and still have not received anything. When I contacted them after a month, asking why they ship directly from China (had I known that, I would never have ordered from them), they said it was because paint can deteriorate if kept in storage. Well, it has now been two months, so I wonder what the paint will be like if I ever do get the package. Worse yet, when you email customer service, you get a canned response claiming it's not their fault that there are delays in shipping and I should just return it when I get it (at my own cost, of course). Problem is (and I explained this to them), I am leaving in a few days to go on a 2 month RV trip so if the package gets to me while I'm gone, it's going to be in "storage" even longer and then I won't be able to return it because all returns must be made within 30 days of receipt! They seem more concerned with defending themselves when they respond than with actually helping out their customers. Thank goodness you can dispute transactions on a credit card, because apparently that is the only way to get any resolution with this company.

Loved every minute! Great quality paints and canvas. Shipping was slow but it was during Christmas and of course I didn't know I purchased from Australia :) I will definitely buy again! Thank you

I have just completed my first painting. I'm happy with quality of canvas and paints. The brushes were adequate but not wonderful. My order arrived within 1wk and I live in NZ.

I was recommended to Paint Plot by a friend. I suffer from anxiety and this has really helped me. Enjoyed reading the story keep up the good work Mike and Tova.

There are some negative reviews so I was skeptical but it seems like shipping was slow because of the pandemic. I ordered and received mine in two weeks and everything was really good quality :)

I ordered four unique Paint Plot sets to be given as gifts. The order came combined in two boxes that were crushed in shipment. I have gone back and forth with customer service multiple times - asking for replacement boxes to be sent AND that an appropriate number of boxes to be sent to accompany the four unique sets ordered. I understand combining kits to save themselves on international shipping, but this is not something that is made clear during the ordering process (I would have never ordered them had I know that in ordering four unique sets I wouldn't actually get four individually packaged sets). Further, customer service's initial response was that I should just repackage their product myself and go find another gift box, which would have meant losing the information and instructions that are provided on the box itself. I have gone back and forth five times now with customer service and am still no where near getting the boxes replaced or receiving return instructions. I have no idea if the paints or the canvases are any good as I haven't been able to gift them and the customer service, while polite, is not intent on actually solving anything. If you're ordering a kit for yourself, this might be okay. However, I tend to believe that how a company treats you and the way they package their product speaks volumes, and what this company has said is that they just don't care. I would not recommend this company or its products.
