Paint Plot

I ordered a kit and it took almost a month to ship. That was fine; but, it never arrived. I was given three tracking numbers - one from a chinese shipper, one from FedEx, and one from USPS. I received a confirmation email that it arrived, but it did not. No package was delivered (I have cameras). I contacted USPS - they never responded. I contacted Paint Plot and they told me too bad. No help, no offer of solutions. Instead, they told me it was my problem now. Like USPS was going to pay me for a error in delivery. So, now I have no kit, and no hope of any resolution. The email exchange with PaintPlot kept telling me it was delivered - and that it was basically my problem now. If you want a customer service experience that will be helpful when things go wrong - this is not the company for you.

I recently became a member of Paint Plot. I find their service very good. What I really love is the punctuality from the time of ordering to delivery of my pbn., I usually only have to wait a couple of days! Some other pbn sites I have waited weeks! I have joined the pbn group on Facebook, they have some very interesting information, photo's of pbn's, and handy hint's like "Where do I buy my pbn frame?" I would definatley recommend thePaint. I purchased 2 Paint By Numbers and 1 Diamond By Numbers.
I am half way through my first painting and am loving it. I spend a couple of hours on it a couple of nights a week while I relax in silence, or whilst listening to music or a podcast. It is a really easy hobby and great activity whilst in lockdown (gets me away from the computer and TV.)
Love the progress after each painting session and the time flies!
The only issue was the postage time - it wasn't as long as some of the reviews i have read but it was longer than expected, a couple of weeks.
I will just order my next order well in advance, but I will be ordering again. Thanks heaps and Happy painting!

I love to paint but no experience is necessary- levels of difficulty vary. I live farther than most, so I had to be patient early on but EVERY SINGLE email I sent was acknowledged! Very caring people behind this business

Large range to choose from and helpful customer service. I have completed my first painting and it looks great. Really happy as I have no artistic talent at all. I have just started on my 2nd as I found it a great way to relax.

The first time I ordered from them I got my package in about a month and a half I thought that took a long time and I really enjoyed the product. But then when I decided to order again a much bigger shipment that's when the trouble started. I placed an order back in March it is now almost October. Still no package. By the time they finally shipped me my order I had moved. I tried multiple times to ask them to please change the shipping address but they didn't. Then I had to go through a long process with them re-shipping my order to my new address. I finally got a confirmation 21 days later that the new order had shipped to find out they shipped it is going back to my old address again! I've asked three times for my money back and they simply state that they can't as the order as already shipped. I am not going to wait one year to get this product. DO NOT ORDER FROM TIS COMPANY!

I ordered on March 30. Today is June 23. I have not received my package. I have reached out to customer service many times and they told me many times it was shipping. Recently, I spoke to another customer service representative and he said it had not shipped. I asked if I could cancel my order because I am MOVING across the country and was expecting these frickin paintings not to take 4 months to come and he said he couldn't cancel it. Don't buy from them unless you want your package to come literally at least 3 months from your order date and don't expect anything from customer service. Will certainly never be supporting them again and genuinely wish I could cancel my order.

It was so much fun watching the picture come to life and appear before my eyes... everything provided was top quality.

Unfortunately, I ordered three of these as a Christmas gift and they arrived late. Just know up front that shipping takes forever. I didn't realize it was an international company when I ordered.

I discovered Paint Plot Australia during the Coronavirus lockdown, and have dealt with them several times over the last few months to purchase Paint by Numbers kits. Their products are very high quality, orders have been received quickly, and any queries have been answered promptly. I cannot recommend Paint Plot Australia highly enough, they are an absolute pleasure to deal with, and doing their paintings is the most relaxing and fun hobby you can have.

I wanted to decorate my house with paintings because I don't best options for decoration. I have decided to get painting by my order because it's much better than buying already existed paintings. I love modernism and it's tought to me choose the paintings from this direction in case of existing paintings from well-known artists. I applied here and described what kind of paitings I needed, so professionals did everything quite perfectand I'm really glad that once I have decided to apply to this service. If I need something like that again I will apply here definetely.
