Paint Plot

Ordered in APRIL (it's now June) and have not received anything or any accurate shipping information. When emailed them inquiring, they said it was in customs (does it really take over a month to get through customs?) and they coincidentally updated my tracking information when I said they gave me an inaccurate one. The new tracking hasnt been updated since they changed it. I order a lot of stuff online and never had something take this long and never had this problem with receiving accurate tracking information. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

This is my first time, as an adult, doing paint by number. I really liked how easy paint plot made it for me. I don't think it turned out too bad for my first time.

I wish that I could give a review of the product, but I can't do that. I ordered two paint by numbers on March 27th. It is now April 16th and there have been no updates. They "shipped" my package on April 1st, and the tracking info hasn't been updated since. The website claims it takes anywhere from 5-15 business days to ship to the US. It has been 12 so far and there have been 0 updates on information. I have said that I will give them the full 15 days before calling and asking why it still isn't here. With the tracking info it also looks like it is being shipped to the wrong location. I've called and sent several emails regarding this for them to return it almost 2 full days later. They claim to have fixed the issue, but it's hard to tell at this point since there are no updates with the tracking info. And all the while I've been waiting for some good news on my package, I've been getting emails from the company telling me about the deals they have and "30% off your next purchase". I will never be purchasing from this company ever again. I am two days away from calling them to cancel my order and to demand for my money back so that I can purchase from a more reliable company. Unless you feel like waiting a ridiculously long amount of time for their products DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Unless this company can actually meet their shipping time frame, I will never, ever recommend this company to anyone!

I have done one and now I want more! So relaxing and great quality canvas and paints. I can not wait to get more and have already recommended my friends!

A friend ordered from this company and loved his painting so I ordered a painting in April. From time to time I would check the status of my package, and it hadn't shipped. Finally at the end of July I got an e-mail to say my package had shipped from China and provided tracking information, which said that my package had arrived on June 25th (I get a shipping email a MONTH after supposed arrival?). I notified customer service that my package had never arrived and requested a refund. They refused.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this company. They will not try to make things right or give you your money back.

Took a month and a half to get here. I had contacted their customer service multiple times through email and they were not helpful. I tried calling their phone number and no one ever picked up. When it got here, the wood frame pieces were all broken and low quality anyways for the price. I asked to return and get a full refund. They offered a replacement and I declined. They then told me I could return it but I'd have to pay for shipping. I told them I shouldn't have to pay to ship a broken item back. They offered to refund me for just the frame portion that I paid for. I said I did not want to do that, I wanted to return them and receive a full refund. I bought the frame for a reason and did not want to have to buy a new one. They then told me they refunded the frames and I would have to pay to ship back the items, even though I said I did not want to do that. I then found their return policy which states "On your return policy page it says "On rare occasions, we will cover the shipping costs. Some reasons for this might be:
A. The Item is defective
B. The item is not as advertised/described". Customer service then stopped responding to me. I emailed them two more times and they responded three weeks later. I repeatedly asked for a phone number. Over the next two months, I continued to ask for a phone number and for them to respect their return policy. They responded twice in those two months saying I would have to pay for a shipping label. They would not give me a phone number to call. EXTREMELY unprofessional. Very poor quality items and service.

I love to paint and they have some pretty canvas which i ordered for myself. They arrived within the week and was in good condition.

I purchased a paint on April 13th, it came 2 MONTHS late. I understand that due to Covid it is taking longer than usual but they should advice customers before purchasing. To make it worse, they didn't send the frame (which I payed extra to get). When I talked to them, they said they would send it right away, it took ANOTHER month to even get a tracking number for the frame. It has been over 3 MONTHS and I am still waiting for my items.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR!
