I ordered a shirt 13 days ago and it still hasn't shipped! I have emailed them 3 times and none of their emails are helpful! I told them it was past 9 days and still hasn't shipped in my first email and their response made no sense. Still want the shirt since i got it for an event but at this point i don't even know if it's going to come in time! If they at least were accommodating and gave a discount or took off shipping cost or refunded then that would be a different story but it's like they don't even care!
Worst customer service I've ever experienced and theft.
They lost my order, promised me a refund, yet 1 month, and many many emails later, I'm still having to fight to get my refund of over £300.
They ignore almost every email and the ones they actually reply to, are the most unhelpful. Either sending a formatted response to which doesn't answer anything I've said or just resend the previous email.
Would stay well clear.
I ordered a pair of jeans on monday and now it's friday and the order is still processing! It's almost a week and they still haven't shipped the item yet! Funny thing is I ordered a pair of jeans from fashion nova the next day and recieved it earlier than the ones I ordered from pacsun! I'm never ordering from pacsun again. Trash a*$ shipping and bad customer service. The lady on the phone couldn't even tell me the estimated day of delivery smh!
I ordered 1 item and it didn't get a label until 3 days after I put in the order. The shipping says 4-6 days but its estimated that I'm getting it after 9 days. The site has good clothes and accessories but I can't handle this again. Its not the first time I've had this problem. Just shop at urban outfitters honestly.
My granddaughter spent her own money and ordered a shirt from them on 9-22. No communication at all from them except for the hold for the money on her account. We checked the order every few days but after 10 days it shows as order is in warehouse. It was supposed to take 4 to 5 days for shipping. I called and did get someone. She checked and said the order was cancelled because they were out of stock. On their site it still shows the order as open and in the warehouse. We were not notified that the item was on back order or that the order was cancelled, even though it still shows as open. She says the item is in stock now, but they do not automatically ship once the item in back in stock (like most any store on the planet would) and that we could order the item again. We checked to make sure we had not been charged and then I told her we would find the item some place else. Sooooo - they take the order, do not notify you if they do not have it, do not cancel the order or notify you that they consider it canceled, and do not ship it once the item is back in stock? WTF?
Literally takes like 2 weeks for them to ship your package and their customer service are freaking LAZY and never have I ever received a response from them. To simply this down, I will never be ordered on PacSun's website again.
Placed an order two days ago and have not received any shipping information. I have paid extra to get it early. I in the future will not ever by anything from PacSun online. Their service is terrible and are obviously not prompt with their deliveries for their customers
The Online website is buns. I applied my gift card, every looked fine. I went ahead and placed my order with PayPal, and after the little circle was done loading it said "Thank you for your purchase... of [full price without gift card added]".
Total nightmare. I had to call my bank after the holiday weekend; I had to call customer service, there was nothing they could do. I didn't want to lose the items in my cart and cancel. And my gift card of 100.00 was rendered "used", and they wouldn't believe that I hadn't used it before. Not only that, but the items arrived weeks apart from each other. Some of them never arrived. Had to call Indian Customer Service center and explain the situation; they said to call customer service from during the week that there was nothing they could do. Terrible. Just god awful.
Today I went in to return a shirt that did not fit my daughter. I purchased it 10 days ago, had the receipt, and all original tags were still attached to the item. SAMANTHA proceeds to tell me that despite all the documentation I have of my purchase I cannot return it without providing my phone number. I told her I don't give out my phone number. Samantha then got mouthy and copped a super bad attitude so I asked for a manager. You cannot deny a return when the customer presents a valid receipt, unworn w/tags, and within their stated time frame because they won't provide their number (what if I didn't have one...?). It is not legal in CA to require a phone number for a return as it is not a valid form of ID. The male manager did relent and do the return, but not without becoming rude and argumentative as well. These employees acted like complete bottom dwellers and clearly have no concerns about being polite or customer retention. I believe they were both in management which speaks volumes about PacSun operating standards. Customers should be warned such a policy of asking for your phone number is solely for personal data collection purposes. They sell it to multiple 3rd parties where it is combined with other identifying information on you that can be used for a plethora of nefarious purposes. Companies engaging in such practices AND hiring people who behave as if they've just left prison and are re-entering society, is a perfect recipe for going out of business... and they deserve to. Pacsun filed bankruptcy for the **THIRD time in 2016. Since they're uneducated about the most basic customer service concepts, it won't be long before they're out of business for good.
I've never ordered online from here, but I love their clothes in store. Pacsun is the only place I buy jeans at. They fit me perfectly. But the people who work there don't really care. Many of the times I've gone there the employees have been cussing really loudly at each other while there was a little kid in the store.
If you return online purchases through the mail, they charge 7 dollars, but if you return in store they don't. Apparently their system isn't letting them take returns in store anymore. Really inconvenient and they should have a disclaimer on their website.
They are not able to deliver your orders! Stay out! It's since the July 26th that I'm waiting for my package...
I have bought some cute jackets here that have kept going for 5 years. I have also bought a soft shirt that looked awful after a few washes.
Most of their clothes are too short. I bought a dress that shoes my butt even though I am really short (5' 3"). Something to be aware of is that they skew pictures online when it comes to length.
I have not received ANY emails regarding my order since May 17,2019. I placed my order on MAY 1,2019. This store is a JOKE. I spent $200 and for it to be the end of May and my order is still "at the warehouse" and "processing" is a bit ridiculous. Tried calling customer service but of course I was on hold for 30+ minutes. I don't have time to try to connect PacSun over and over again but the moral of the story is PACSUN IS A JOKE DO NOTTTTT ORDER FROM THEM.
Been 9 days still no package. Supposibly was suppose to come tommaror 5/10, but got delayed so on sat. Is when its suppose to arrive.

Summay: above was all my past experience and i am mad with Pacsun, i will go to SSENSE or other online store instead, Pacsun will elimilated in the future and jerry is blind to co-operate with this $#*!
Pacsun is awesome. There are so much stylish clothes for teens. Also it is so good it can be compared with Disney land.
On March 8,2019, around 5:30 am - 6:00 am eastern time, I made a purchase of three items and paid extra so it can be delivery within two days. I'm thinking the company is keeping up with my items and shipped them correctly. It's Tuesday and no items arrive, I check online and only one item was ship the entire time out of the three. I call the headquarters in California in spoke with Mike the supervisor, he was very rude and disrespectful. He did not care about the company standards or goals or meet expectations. He had me on speaker too while others can hear and laughing in the background. He could not seem to figure out what's going on or why the company made this mistake of not shipping all three items. He could not find no solution, it's not a error I made it's the company and he could not get anything done, yet, he calls himself a supervisor. The two items still have not arrived, they are expected to get here on March 25, two whole weeks later and I made the order on the 8th with the two day delivery. Mike made my experience the worst that I will no longer be a loyal customer to PacSun. I do not recommend!
I ordered a pair of jeans and a belt, pacsun says that they'll have it delivered in 4 days, i checked my order on the 4th day and it says its coming almost a whole week later, complete BS! Next time you want to order something, order it at least a month in advance to be safe.
I ordered a pair of pants for my daughter on Black Friday, expecting to give them to her over a month later for Xmas. They are still not here. ITS JAN. 7. The worst part is that PacSun does not return emails or answer the phone- I've tried to contact them MULTIPLE times. Just stay away- not worth your time and money
Answer: I wouldn't risk it... a lot of people including me experience really slow, bad shipping from pacsun. I ordered 2 bags in the middle of June and they didn't arrive until the beginning of august. I don't know if that was because of the sale they had that day, but from the other bad reviews on this page I can see this happens often no matter what day it is. I'm pretty dissapointed because I ordered a backpack for school last week and still haven't received it yet... next time I'll probbaly order from another company, I've learned from my mistakes.
Answer: YES, they are very authentic. They are my favorite store and if you don't want to buy online, you can go instore which is where many people buy their clothes. Although, they are BIT expensive. They are definetely not like Romwe and have actual brands in there shops. I have never not been satisified.
