After having 2 kids and spending FULL price on every baby item from Babies r us and buy buy baby, I found Overstock.com. My car seat and pack & play are the exact same company (Graco) and quality as I had with my 1st two boys but for less then half the price! I'll never so at babies r us again! I also got my wedding ring on Overstock... gorgeous, and great diamonds. I had it checked by a jeweler.

Overstock (and Fed Ex) sends out emails saying the package has been delivered when it's not been. I called overstock to report the issue and the customer service agent tells me this is a common practice and they wait 24-48 hours after the email before processing a package track. This is fraud. They are dishonestly sending information they know is not correct to customers. If the package is on the truck they should not be reporting it as delivered, I don't care what the reason. If Fed Ex is fraudulently telling them it's been delivered they shoul process a track every time. Fed Ex will stop sending dishonest information if they have to process each of these tracking requests.

Beyond terrible, scammed twice in one transaction! First, I tried to cancel my order but nope they can't do that but said don't worry you can return it. Then I try to return an item that cost $150, they charge $50 to return it, then I call to dispute this, they sell me a membership, which they say is "free shipping", nope. What they did not say is that you only get store credit back(That was never told to me). I call them back, and they hassle me for a refund on the membership, and still will charge the $50 return shipping fee. Shameful.

I've been ordering from Overstock for 5 years for my bed and breakfast, Taylor House in Boston, and have always been impressed with the timely delivery, low shipping costs and quality of the items. The one time I did have to return something the process was very easy since they provided the return labels as well. When I get an advertisement email from Overstock, I usually look at it since there is always something I need for the bed and breakfast from them and the prices are great!

I ordered a wood desk for my office. When I received the desk the top had a large gouge out of one corner. Contacted Overstock customer support and they arranged for a replacement part (this is the good part). The desktop weighs about 185 pounds and overstock refused to take away the original damaged part, they expect me the customer to dispose of the damaged part. No other retailer would expect this, I had to pay 100 dollars to get the part moved up one flight of stairs, now they expect me to pay for this again to move the damaged part downstairs and pay the disposal fee. This is really customer support. I take this as a lesson learned and will never buy from overstock again. I can see from other reviews that I am not alone with this type of problem.

I purchased a king size bed about A month ago. The delivery company forged my signature on the delivery and delivered it to somebody else so I never received the bed. Overstock told me that they would send out a replacement bed with a different shipping company. When they sent out the replacement they shipped out with the same company that stole my first bed. I have left countless messages and emails that I want them to just cancel my order because I do not want the replacement bed shipped with the same company that stole the first bed. I have not received a phone call or email. The worst customer service ever! Do not order any oversized items from this company unless you plan to wait a long time for your item or you may not even receive it.

Purchased an item for over $50 and was charged $1 to ship to me. The item was very poor quality and when trying to return - they told me I had to pay $10 to return it AND I would only get a partial refund due to a restocking fee. I find it completely ridiculous that I was charged 10 times as much for shipping back a return than I was charged to receive it. And they claim that when I said the item was "poor quality" that this is a buyers remorse issue and not a product issue. I will never buy from there again

I ordered a mattress from overstock. They notified me I had been delivered to the delivery company. The delivery company set up a date to have it delivered to my house and they called that morning to confirm. I had my old mattress taken away and then the delivery company called an hour before they were supposed to be there and said they could not find the mattress. I have called four different times and heard four different stories so overstock and the delivery company are lying to me. It has been four weeks and still no mattress, I have a newborn and I'm sleeping on the floor. No compensation from overstock and when they say they will call me back they never do. Worst experience ever!
