I have ordered with Ourshopee over 30+ times and each order consisting of 9-10 items yes sometimes rarely one or two things get cancelled but over all everything's amazing customer service is kind and helpful, products I returned I got the money in full and if sometimes I didn't want to pay money I said I don't want the product and they very nicely took it back without any issue in conclusion Ourshopee is my go to app and my experience was phenomenal
I was trying to call their customer care number to cancel my order, but nobody was answering. Then I sent a mail to their e-mail id, that one was also useless, and I didn't received any reply mail. When I try to make a complaint on the ourshopee website, the order is is showing wrong.
I placed one order Jan 5th the same time i got call from ourshopee she is said your order is confirmed
You can receive the product with in 4 days
After 1 day the order tracking is showing your order is canceled
Without any reason
Then i trying to call customer care. Nobody answer my call last 5 days
I have tried to track my order number *******y423c but All in vain. First of all they provided a contact which they never pick up.
Our shoppee had good deals but I will never order hear again... And I need my refund if you can not deliver before 4th dec 2020
I try to call customer services but no body pick the very bad services. I email also please can you help but no one.

I raised the compalint regarding the product I received I got the compalint num it has been 8 days there is no call or reply on that compalint I tried calling 20 times on there given num they keep u holding the line for 10 15 min then someone answers the call without speaking the word they disconnect the call plss guys this company is giving very bad quality product waste of money and they dnt value the customers they are only here to fool peopl Dnt buy any product from them compare to market price is high of there product and quality is very cheap

Good day! Please call me as soon as possible i have been waiting too long for my refund. I have been calling the shoppee number also but no one is picking up the phone for days now. Cellphonr nunber *******. This is the worse site ever. Customer care not good. And also i cancelled my order and they told me i will have a arefund still no one is processing thay. I already sent couple of emails and called but no one is responding.

Last time i ordered from you a smartphone, the delivery was too long and it was rooted system?
Someone call my order request +971 from United Arab Emirates saying, cannot accept cash on delivery.
Now i must put my credentials payments in order to receive my item.

After 1 month waiting for delivery/refund nothing happened, they stole my money and every week they say that they made a bank transfer which is not true.

It's a fraudulent website, DON'T even think of buying anything from them! I ordered a mouse on October 11th, after weeks of wait time and several emails /messages (on FB), I was informed that the product is out of stock and that my amount will be refunded. Till date I am waiting for refund and they've stopped responding to my emails/ messages

When you order, it will take long and the item wasn't deliver, its difficult to call, the ringing tone like you are calling from other part of the country, and somebody will answer, answering machine, and will connect you to the customer service, and the customer service will ask you, from where you are calling, like weird question.
And when i follow up my order, they will tell me just wait because my order is out of stock. But they post in their website in stock the item

7 days deliver is all good but quality of the items are not. Bought this watch and i thought its gon' be legit but its class a (Faaaake). Comes w/ a box (as seen in the pic) LOL,. Come on meyn evethough its fake but atleast it should come with the ORIGINAL BOX.
Stay away from this scam! I bought a product on March 11, they very efficiently took my money same day, did not even send an email confirmation and of course has not delivered the product, and it is impossible to speak with customer service. Awful experience.

Made online payment, got call saying it would be delivered in 2/3 workings days 10 days later still not delivered and not answering on phone or facebook.

I made online payment, product qty was showing available. Later after 3 days i got call saying its not available and they told money will be refunded after that moment i have been trying to contact them on, land line, Mobile, What app, FB. No response from then nobody answering.
It's a kind of cheating, unitl now i have not received my money 3 weeks now.
