Awesome laptop at this price range, running smoothly on windows 10. No heating problem and I have downloaded the drivers from HP support website... Delivery was quick and was very easy to place the order via the website.
I was trying to call their customer care number to cancel my order, but nobody was answering. Then I sent a mail to their e-mail id, that one was also useless, and I didn't received any reply mail. When I try to make a complaint on the ourshopee website, the order is is showing wrong.
Recently I ordered a Power bank from Ourshopee. Com. They took very less days to deliver the product. They really care about customer satisfaction. Now I am planning to order Apple MacBook Air. Because, I am sure they will do their best to meet their customer needs. Thanks to Ourshopee.

I have bought a Tissot watch using by Ourshopee app. After 8 month usage the strap color was fading out and I went to Tissot showroom. They say they cant replace it, only they can change the strap. Then I reported this to ourshopee and they gave me brand new watch with updated model. I really like their service. Highly recommended online portal. I have same experience with other products with noon. They did refund with deducting service cost. But they way ourshopee customer service did was professional

I bought iphone 6 from ourshopee.com, it happens that the phone is so back. It goes off by itself and has issue with internet connection. I tried to reach the customer service but they really don't care about after sales. The customer service called me and told me they will get back to me thats all. I dont know when they will get back to me, if it is after 10 yrs. Bad company guys. Watch out

I wanted one new phone and one refurbished phone but was little worried to buy phone from online companies. When i checked there website there was lot of options and i gave a try. I received products 2 days late because of holidays but the phones were good and i was very happy refurbished iPhone because i got good product for less price.
I have ordered an item online on 30/09/2018 and next day i get call back from then and told the item not available. I have told them please refund the amount paid. Still i am calling them for the refund. Always getting answer that they have processed and they will me back for providing detail. I am not getting any call back also.

I have tried to buy items online the transaction failed i sent screen shop to the online customer service the moment they received it the chat was closed no solution i call the twice but no help. As per agents there are no managers who works for the company.
