First time I ordered, everything was flawless.

Come second order, they cancelled some of the products due to unavailability, and promised a refund. This was November 2022, and I'm writing as of Feb 22 2022. No updates whatsoever. Customer hotline and whatsapp are no use. Seriously you're better off at noon than this piece of trash.

After calling three times to follow up on my order, customer service was unable to provide any helpful information! They advertise that the delivery takes 3 to 5 days, but it has been 15 days since I ordered!

No refund and replacement for their mistake, wrong product delivered and now its 10 days but no still no response on refund or replacement. Don't waste your time on Ourshopee as no support from customer service center nobody is receiving calls on there given number

They have delivered faulty machine. They won't pick up the call or reply to the messages. Did online complaint on their website, still no reply or any kind of response. Scammers. They don't have proper functioning office here. Scammers

I bought on their website but after 3 days not ship, I asked them why. They said out of stock. But still on the website, still have stock. Then they offer me refund. I accepted it. They said 3-5 working days for refund. They cancelled my order on 10 Oct but until now, 23 Oct, still nothing. They said ask my bank because they already refund. But my bank said no pending transaction. Ourshopee is a big liar. I'm very sure because the staff is from India.

I ordered last 28th February, as per the tracker it will be deliver on 5th of march but until now i didnt receive the order! The second payment will be deducted again! No one answering in your hotline nor mails!

I ordered just 2 items on 8 th may... Order ID w6041. Today 16 th may. Everyday I call ourshopee call center they said tomorrow you will get. 15 th may my brother going back my country. I thought I can send with him. God only knows when I get my items... My first and last purchase from ourshopee

You ignore your customers after taking their money,not delivering what they paid for,keep them waiting forever to refund their money. 21st century thieves. Piyush you promised me you are handling my case and you will make sure it is done at the earliest…All of you at our Shopee are liar and thieves is it!? Just waiting for my leaves i will be at your office soon to catch everyone by the collar for answers and compensation of my time that all you have wasted. Really bad experience - they took money for products they did not have in stock and then just delivered a partial order. They did not bother contacting me and I had to get in touch with them. They kept promising updates but then just didn't let me know - again relying on me to contact them. As if that weren't bad enough, they then started spamming me on WhatsApp - as if I am ever going to use them again. Complete waste of time. I have no idea if or when I will get the rest of the order or a refund. Definitely avoid Ourshopee.

This is the worst online shop to deal with.
Delay in shipping and may be you will not get your ordered item nor your money back.
Customer service are horrible and always lying.
Stay away of this company or order on your risk.
I am pretty sure that all positive review are just paid reviews.

I ordered two PC components on 31 Jan with a delivery date of 5 Feb. On 5 Feb the order was not "Packed" yet. I sent several emails regarding the delay and only one was answered. Calling phone support was a nightmare. I gave up after holding for 33 minutes. Finally reached support and asked to have my order cancelled. This lead to more delays and the refund process is utter torture. I will NEVER buy from OurShopee com again. It's not worth the drama and effort.

I have bought a Tissot watch using by Ourshopee app. After 8 month usage the strap color was fading out and I went to Tissot showroom. They say they cant replace it, only they can change the strap. Then I reported this to ourshopee and they gave me brand new watch with updated model. I really like their service. Highly recommended online portal. I have same experience with other products with noon. They did refund with deducting service cost. But they way ourshopee customer service did was professional

Very bad no one answers emails or phone calls or whatsapp
I want to cancel my order since the day i paid i can't continue with it and they just keep ignoring. Worst customer service if there is any!

It was very easy when using your site or app, and I received a call from your company to confirm the order and I was amazed, now as per what they said is that I will be receiving the order within 24 hours! But I didn't receive it yet, plus I've been calling the same number since afternoon, however; No one answered. If you can please advice with this matter as I'm waiting for my order.

Their customer support on WhatsApp, email or calls never answer nor reply to emails and messages sent.
Product shown its available after booked and paid the amount they are saying its out of stock.
They do not deliver their promises they do not send on time.
Book and pay them on your risk

Overall see below in advance they will send a message to complaint message or email on below details but that also they don't do.

Worst E-commerce shopping site ever in UAE.

I have placed an order through ourshopee.com website more than a week ago for a refrigerator and it shows 10 days for the delivery, it has pass 10 days and no update. I have called several times on company number but I have got no response.

What kind of service they providing to the customers. I am waiting for my goods from the last ten days. This sort of unprofessional behavior can result in losing their customers.

Finally got a call on eleventh days and saying we are out of stock for the item and can we replace it with a different brand.

DONT wast your money and time with this web site.

Honestly I have big regret shopping here. How can one be writing and calling a company for days and no one bothered to respond to any? My order is a week now no word whatsoever
