They give $100 off for every good review. Horrible customer service, beyond rude and never resolve any issue. In fact, there are only single digit numbers of representatives for the entire company. They are not worth the price, and you will be paying $7000 for a chair that only last 2 years, because again customer supports is non existent for any repair.

Disappointed with Osim service. My UDream bought in May 2023 malfunction yesterday. After end of massage cycle, the touch panel suddenly power off and the chair remained in recline position. Called cust care and she said someone will contact me within 2 days. Today their service centre called and informed I may have to wait till April for the technician to come. This is totally unacceptable! Will they come to check and then say wait again for replacement. This is my 3rd purchase from Osim. The last 2 have no issues. Better performance means more problems? I've lose confidence in Osim!

Very not happy with the staff who serve us. Assumed that we only visit to enjoy free massage chair. If this kind of service, we not putting our heart to spend on this shop although we have prepared enough to purchase. I was at Nex mall in Singapore on 24/4/2022 at 15:55pm.

Terrible after-sales service... I reported I received a defective OSIM uDream massage chair (over $12k AUD), sent them pictures and videos of evidence asking to return for refund. They just sent a technician to "diagnose" the chair, the technician (who was 1.5 hours late and only showed up after I contacted OSIM) told me on the spot that he could only replace the damaged outter shell but not the other issues that caused the chair not working, he said these issues need to be dealt by Customer Service. I told him, I already told Customer Service, and I also requested for a refund, not repair, not store credit, not replacement... then they just randomly ordered some parts trying to force partial-repair it. I honestly don't wanna keep this inferior product and just want my money back... when I called to followed up after weeks of waiting, their customer service even said I never said anything during those times (well, the last email communication we had was you were going to provide me updates once you heard back from your "management team", so I was obviously waiting for your "updates" if you have even raised it to this "management team")... one of my biggest regret in life is to ever got involved with OSIM, it has caused me so much stress dealing with their terrible customer service. I just don't understand how they call themselves the #1 trusted brand (printed on their product invoice)... so I still got their brand-new, over $12k AUD, defective massage chair sitting in my home collecting dust... what a joke.

Tip for consumers:
Contact OSIM Customer Service directly (not salesperson or their official website, because whatever they tell you before sales, they say a different story after) to seek return policy. You'll learnt that they do whatever they can to keep you going no where until you are too tired and stressed to deal with them and gave up.

I bought a ujolly massager in early November 2022. After receiving no delivery details or further correspondence, I reached out in December, 6 weeks later, expecting my item to be almost here, only to be told that it was never shipped because they didn't have it in stock. Why sell something that you can't deliver? Was then given the option to pay extra to have it shipped from somewhere else. I told them that is unacceptable customer service and only want a refund at this stage. They then have the nerve to email me and say that they will be taking a 15% deposit for change of mind! Absolutely appalling, and honestly criminal the way this business is run. Save your money and go with someone else. Needless to say I'm still waiting for my refund and will never be buying from this company again.

Year I was trying to find what error 16 in my chair mean and what to do about it
All what customers service wanted is to send me a technician with very high calling fee, to pay in advance and telling me that they might not have a part where they will try to force me to trade in mine which I used about 12 times only and spent many thousands dollars where I could have used the money to have the best massage for much less
Very rude unhelpful all they wanted is to push the purchase but no help to fix the problem

Refund policy sucks. Offered me vouchers instead of refund when chair was faulty in a week. I refused and they said will only provide 80% of the price. Ridiculous. Not helping the elderly me

OSIM has the WORST, I repeat, THE WORST after sales service!

The UThrone Game Chair I bought has failed less than a year, and since September 2022!.

I have contacted their VIVA city Kuching outlet at least 6 times, finally a technician came on 6th October, and suspected adapter issue. Till today, Nov 26th, no one has contacted me, and when I finally reached that technician, he has resigned.

Please help to forward this message to the PIC cos even their hotline or customer service line is IRRESPONSIVE by happily giving auto messages whether it is a working or non working day.

DO NOT BUY FOR OSIM! BIG WARMING!
IF YOU WANT A BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE, YOU HAVE COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE.

Purchased this item but the seat was too small for my husband. We had a change of mind case here. They asked you to sign a piece of paper without giving a copy, then send the invoice with all their Terms and Conditions via email later, they do not accept a change of mind, even on the next business day. So we accepted if this is the case.

After a month later, we were charged for the item, but OSIM decided not to send our order, and did not communicate the reason why.

I had to chase it up after a month wondering if our order is on its way. Customer service experience was really poor. No one answering the phone, Customer Rep Sara Yao handled my enquiries really badly, very good at blaming. She was the one that made the decision not to send our order without letting us know and not to issue us the refund, but instead only credit notes. No common sense, will a customer still go back to their business once experienced all of this?

I had to go to a credit card dispute to investigate, under Australian law not sending goods that paid for is illegal. Should be treated as a fraud.

Then later on I readed their google reviews, they fake their own reviews here, including Sara Yao. Totally shameless!

Igallop means orgasm for your GF, get one before they are gone - OSIM is one of the great asian companies that is changing the way people live in the US. The single greatest thing was the igallop and if you haven't seen how you can get your GF to have an orgasm. Sadly, brookstone is no longer carrying them so if you want to get one, you had better order it quick. I used to put new girlfriends who came to my apartment on this thing for "exercise" purposes... and 15 min later they were naked and ready to go. If you don't believe me check this out

If I could give no star I would. On 7/15/2023 went to Roosevelt Field Mall and purchased uDream Single Black Model# OS-8208 BL & uThrone Black Model# OS-8201 Black. Say the uDream Single Black massage chair was back ordered and will be back in stock around mid-September. Driver then scheduled to deliver the chair on 10/9/2023 but didn't show up and annoyed our calls/ texts. Had to contact the salesperson from the store. Andrew Tan the salesperson also didn't get back to us on delivery status because he also can't get in touch with the driver. They only delivered the massage chair a few days later and forgot about our uThrone gaming chair and had to deliver it a week after. December 2023 the chair was making noise the technician texted us for the Item Code and sent it on the same day then the repair appt was set for 1/23/2024. February 2024 chair's back and head were making noises customer service requested videos. Then they say they do not have the parts now and need to be ordered and will take 3-6 months for it to be delivered. We are unsatisfied with the customer service, we pay $*******.54 for everything for a defective massage chair and worst service ever. Spend your money on another brand.

I got a ucozy neck massager last month. The on/off button wasn't working properly on my first usage. I had to push it very hard to turn it on and off. I didn't have time to go back to the store to exchange it within 7 days and they refused to get me a new one and i was pissed off... I left there with anger.

I purchased the Ucozy back massage device back in December last year, after being impressed by a demonstration at one of their conventions in Sydney. The initial product I bought seemed promising, so much so that I ended up buying another one just six months later. Little did I know that this would be the beginning of a nightmarish ordeal.

The second Ucozy product I purchased turned out to be a dud right out of the box. The heat feature malfunctioned, and the device inexplicably shut off after a mere five minutes of use. Initially, I thought it might be due to the power supply in our old house, so I brushed it off and refrained from pursuing warranty repairs.

As time passed, my frustration grew, especially when the malfunction persisted despite my attempts to use the device both at home and in my car. Finally, I gave in and contacted OSIM's customer service. Their solution was for me to send the defective product in for repairs. After the hassle of driving to the Burwood store and back, I received the device, only to find that the issues remained unchanged.

The frustrating process repeated itself when the first product I bought in December started falling apart too. One of the massage components came loose from its socket, highlighting the abysmal quality of these products. My attempt to resolve the situation by reaching out to OSIM's customer service was met with the same lackluster response. I was instructed to visit their store in Chatswood – a 1 hour and 15 minutes drive from my location – since the Burwood branch had conveniently closed down.

Expecting a replacement for the second device, given the repeated repairs, I was instead told they had simply fixed it. Another two weeks of waiting, and I was informed that both devices were ready for pickup. There was no mention of a refund or replacement, leaving me with the unsatisfactory option of collecting the repaired products.

I am penning this review out of sheer frustration with OSIM's terrible customer service and their subpar product quality. It's bewildering how they managed to mishandle every step of my experience – from the faulty devices to the ineffective repairs and complete disregard for customer satisfaction. As much as I believe I am owed a refund or replacement, the idea of engaging in further arguments with them is exhausting. I'm resigned to my losses, but I implore anyone reading this to think twice before considering an OSIM purchase. Save yourself the headache and choose a more reliable option.

超级烂货。 On day of delivery, sat for 5minutes, leg broken. Cannot even take 78kg weight. I would not recommend people to buy this inferior/low quality chair at exorbitant price.

It cost me about $250 to repair a torn pvc seat and it last only about one year +.
I was told by Osim that it won't last long because it is pvc.
Another same repair will cost more and there is no assurance when it will give way again!
I have erase Osim totally!

Well. Don't be fooled by instore blah. This chair is worse than a $100 cheap office chair on the high street. Firstly the massage function is like what it is, a tough, rough roller derby just depends how hard you press back on the rollers. THE MOST disappointing part was that as a $800 office chair it was actually fairly comfortable without the massage function. However now - within 6 months - it sinks every time I sit in it… and no I'm not a big/heavy person. So what a waste of money! Massage is pointless and now I'm sitting with my knees around my neck! And of course NOBODY at OSIM cares. RIP OFF! Do not buy!

Been time customer with OSIM.My previous 2 massage chairs from Osim for more than 10 years.Dqted 20 Aug 2022 I bought U love3 fr Waterway Point outlet and deliver on 25 Aug less than 3wks the Ulove3 have power failure.I called up service center and do a 1 to 1 replacement.The replacement chair have same power failure in less than 3wks.I called and the CS was so unprofessional by the named Shirley Lim.i requested foe a refund and I don't have confident to used the chair as initially we offer Me a refund but my old massage chair have been dispose upon trade in by OSIM.End up I don't have any massage chair.i requested for a compromise for ISUM to absorb the different for me to get a another model of the massage chair based on the trade in value of my massage chairs.The CS handle my case will start to gave me crap excuses for the technician to come and review and told me is a different in power.All thanks to a shameful lousy listed company OSIM.The Gaming Chair wheel have fault as well.Be mindful if you want to buy OSIM product.

I wrote this letter is to make an official complaint to OSIM officially regarding to the poor quality of a uDream Pro Well-Being Chair. We have experienced an extremely poor after sales services and maintenance support we ever had! This is totally could not be accepted and I am now seeking for a new replacement or refund.

On Jun 06,2022, I bought a brand new massage chair at OSIM showroom located at ONE UTAMA Shopping Centre, Bandar Utama. The chair was delivered to my home on Jun 25,2022.

Salesman: S6061 Alvin (ONE UTAMA Shopping Centre)
Warranty: 2 yrs

Unfortunately your product has not performed well because the chair is defective, both arm airbags are not functioning at all from Day 1. I am really disappointed because I have spent >$20k for a defective chair in which I planned to spoil my parents with your high premium's product but end up my parents has NO chair to use for > 2 mths! 1st escalation was made to Salesman Alvin in Aug. As of today, we are still awaiting for an update on the chair after many back and forth communications via phones/whatapps with your company!

• Chair was delivered on 6/25 Sat and old chair was collected on the same day.
• In mid August, when we first learned of this defect, we called Alvin to indicate the defect to him and asked for repair. He replied that he has already informed customer service to handle this and the corresponding staff will contact us in a short period of time.
• There was no response at all after 2 weeks so 2nd complaint was sent again. We were being told that your company will send a technician to take a look and repair the chair soon.
• After 2 weeks time again in mid Sep, finally OSIM sent someone came over but no technician came. At the end of the day, they said they need to collect it back for repair!
• As of today, after > 2 mths time, we still haven't received a solid feedback eventhough OSIM keep committing that they will sending the chair back soon!

I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem.

DO NOT buy: OSIM OS-318 uPhoria, to protect your legs and feet.

This product functions are very BAD, the designed was very lousy,
It will causing or likely to cause harm, I just used two times, my legs and feet already got hurt and had bruise on.
