OSIM has the WORST, I repeat, THE WORST after sales service!
The UThrone Game Chair I bought has failed less than a year, and since September 2022!.
I have contacted their VIVA city Kuching outlet at least 6 times, finally a technician came on 6th October, and suspected adapter issue. Till today, Nov 26th, no one has contacted me, and when I finally reached that technician, he has resigned.
Please help to forward this message to the PIC cos even their hotline or customer service line is IRRESPONSIVE by happily giving auto messages whether it is a working or non working day.
