Do not order with Oshoplive. There are just kidding us, dresses are VERY far from the pictures you see online. They are actually like carnival costume.
1) Fabric is horrible, it is like shower curtain
2) the fitting is very bad
3) no service / my order had 5 weeks late without noticing me.
Honestly I am working for a garment company (low cost garments), and I can say that I have never seen that kind of bad garment quality... it is not acceptable. I am sure that the price Oshoplive pays to their suppliers for a dress is less than 3 USD..

Quality was better than expected because the price was actually low.
Shipping time was 2,5 weeks - it was from China to Germany, so this should be fine.
Had some shipping problems with the German delivery company and wrote to oshoplive support. Jane was really friendly and helpful with my order. Also gave me a voucher for the difficulties for my next order!

Only thing negative: the sizes are a little to small for European expectations. Ordered M, its more like a S but still fits my body.

Would order again.

If this is possible, Oshoplive has gone even further down. I sent back my first order and did not receive the promised refund. I made the stupid mistake of buying something else and, yet again, the goods were rage which did not match their description or photo - just nothing like it. I sent the whole lot back which this time cost AU$60.45! They didn't even take the parcel and it has been returned to me with no refund. All the 'likes' on their website have likely been written by them, their staff, family and friends. No one who has spoken to me has had anything good happen to them on this site.

Don't order from these guys. They are based in China/Korea. Very bad customer service. You can't call and speak with anyone. (no number on web-site is first ominous sign). The clothes arrived that I ordered, all bad quality and didn't fit well at all. I wanted to send everything back. To my surprise, there was no return shipping label. In order to send back, I had to send 4 emails requisition a return address. They sent me one in China. Then they said, oh, don't send back, we will refund you $50 (on a $200 order). I declined. So far I havent gotten my refund and it has been a HUGE hassle.

Do not order from this company! I spent over $200 on an order and never received it. No one will respond to my calls or e-mails! They are located in China and they are complete FRAUDS! They are stealing from people! Just go on their instagram account and look at everyone else's comments. So many people complaining they never got their items or their money back. I'm glad i'm not the only one, but still. Don't be fooled by their seemingly professional photographs. I want to warn everyone about this company! Stay away! FRAUD ALERT!

I bought a maxi dress that was advertised as being polyester/cotton and looked nice in the photos. The produce arrived 1 month after my order and is a weird shower curtain material... it feels very plastic. The dress is also poorly sewn and the frills shown in the photo were not on the dress. I emailed the site raising my concern about the produce t which I got no reply. Their return policy made me pay for shipping and only refunded me a certain percentage... I would not recommend buying off this website.

I have proof that it took 7 days JUST to leave China! I got no confirmation of shipping until I complained that they had not contacted me. I ordered over $200 of stuff, you would think they would have rushed the order a bit more? I only hope the clothes fit. Please stay away from this site! Support local USA companies.

Amazing customer service, I'm feeling good and satisfied by the quality and rate of your merchandise. And I also enjoy the selections of clothes available, especially casual section. Oshoplive return policy is very wonderful compared to other online stores considering the fact that whom ever that wishes to return items they do not like can do so. They set a standard for excellence with both their shipping and return policies. This shipping policy is one of the best when compared with others.

Bad sizing, the fit around the arms and neck line are tiny child sized. I'm normal to slender and the fit is terrible. NO clear directions to return items. Their instructions say to 'get a TICKET from your account and check which items and why returning'... Cannot find an option for a 'TICKET' and so far 3 emails are automatically replied with the same offer to give my $13 to keep items. No answers to my question. Bad customer service. Will not ever buy from company that is in China.

They deserve ZERO stars. What a horrible mistake I made ordering from them. Products are *completely* different than pictured. The quality is AWFUL and when I've sent emails requesting how to return, because they don't tell you anything on the site, they do not reply. I've made many requests to be given instructions on how to return for a refund with no reply and my 30 day return window is almost past. I am reporting them to my bank and other places. Never again!
