Great place to buy clothes. I needed to get clothes for my wife and I did not know where to look. I did some searching on the internet and came across this site and I could not be happier with the results. Everything came in perfect for her and she absolutely loved it. I will definitely be using this site again anytime I need to buy my wife, sister, mother, any women I know any clothing.

This place is a scam. I ordered 2 items. Paid for fast shipping. Got my items almost 3 weeks later and they are both wrong. Now the company won't give me a refund unless I mail back my wrong items to China on my cost. Most of my emails bounce back and there is no customer service number. Do not order from this company.

I was waiting for 30 days to receive my order and when i got it i saw it was wrong! The customer service is very bad and now i have to pay fees to send it back (which i have already pay to receive it) if i want to have a full refund or to keep the order i didn't order! Im the one that i have to pay for the mistakes of the company! Besides that the customer service as a solution is to give it to a friend of mine or sell it to someone else! Amazing?

I never received my order and when I emailed customer service it was returned undeliverable! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

They have an amazing customer service that provides you the insurance and security of your order. They make sure that you are satisfied regardless of the circumstance of your order.

I placed an order that I never received and on Paypal they offered me a partial refund (29 dollars less than the initial paiment) without any explanation. The tracking number they gave me never worked, nor did their email address. Not once have they tried to be helpful, they never answered to any of my questions, just kept offering the partial refund. For all I know, they may never have sent the parcel and just stolen 29 dollars from me... You should avoid ordering on that website!

Do NOT shop here! Was supposed to receive 7-20 days after placed order April 12 and have yet to even receive a tracking info. Basically stole my money since I will not receive the item and all emails and contact info is fake! Says contact not found! They should be sued and taken off here! What $#*!ty people! I will tell everyone I know not to order from Oshoplive!

I purchased 2 items from this business. More fool me. I have been waiting over 6 weeks for my first order and over 4 for my second. I have written several emails all which have been fobbed off with the same excuse "stuck in customs'. Seriously! I have asked each time for a refund to no avail plus I found most items on eBay for a 3rd the price.
Do yourself a favour and don't buy from this business.

I haven't received my orders yet but when i contacted their customer service they were very knowledgeable and helped me out a lot with my order with a lot of reassuring words.

I ordered some dresses and got totally different clothes. The material looks good for sale and they offered me a refund of $36 when my order was 125. This is just scam! 1 star is even to mach

Unlike other online dress shops, these guys are great communicators, they follow your request mail by mail and are very thorough with the replies. I will definitely recommend...

Thanks to sitejabber, I could order stuff from a legit supply. I am really satisfied with the shipment service as I received my order at my door in only two days. I received a high quality product. Sometimes I received low quality product but I managed to get my money back as the retailer did not bother to communicate with me. In other words, I am really satisfied with the customer service in sitejabber.

Shipment on time, quality is fine, customer service is blowing my mind, all the things are right. I highly recommend to others, outstanding, unmatchable and unbelievable. It touches my heart.

DO NOT ORDER from this company they are a scam. I paid $500 australian dollars for various items and got nothing. They than said my shipment was delivered when i received nothing (2 months later). They even went to the length of giving me a fake tracking number for my shipment with Aramex. Please do not order from this scamming company. Dont loose out like I did

I ordered and now it's saying delivered but I don't have my stuff when trying to reach out to the email it bounces back and I search them up on Instagram and messages them no reply

Every order of mine comes in a good time range & I'm good to perfect condition. I ordered a condenser microphone & it helped with my music & for that I thank you.

I ordered 2 dresses. Took a while to get here but they worth the wait. Both of them were exactly like the pictures. The blue dress had mother of pearl buttons, good material, has a nice weight to it so it hangs nicely. So beautiful. The other dress was of a very thick material and the embroidery was gorgeous. I will order more. I am so happy

I ordered 10 dresses on May 25/2018. The next day I realized that the website had no reviews. So i searched and felt a bit nervous as a lot of the reviews were terrible. I thought about cancelling my order but decided to go ahead and give it a chance. On May 28th I received a notice that my order was sent. After reading many of the reviews saying it took forever I thought wow so far so good. Then yesterday on my 55th Birthday they arrived 6/6/18. I opened each w. Caution as many reviews said they were cheap and not as described. I was pleasantly surprised. Out of the 10 9 were great and fit perfectly! I will order again from this site. If you are reading this know this... The photos are not the actual designers that you will receive. This is a company out of Korea that does knockoffs. So buyer beware. For the price we are paying and the no cost to ship. I say we are getting a bargain. If you want the real deal and want to pay double or triple the cost this is not the site for you. Regarding the shipping time is does say on their website in some countries it can take up to 30 days. I hope this helps you decide if this is the site for you?

Loved this picture of this dress online, but unfortunately they sent me a dress like the one in the picture, but the lace was completely wrong. I've emailed them, but no answer. The first picture was the lace I was suppose to get, the other picture is the actual lace dress I got.
